VP, Learning Experience & Enablement | Helping organizations build human capability across workforce, partners, and customers | Turning learning into revenue, risk reduction, and results. | MAOL | SHRM-CP | CPTD
Most organizations think about learning as something that supports the business. I believe learning is how organizations build human capability, and the ones that accelerate capability will be the ones that win in the AI era. As VP of Learning Experience & Enablement, I bring together three disciplines that are often siloed but are most powerful when they work as one: Learning Experience, Enablement, and Product Marketing. Together, they help the workforce, partners, and customers build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to adopt faster, perform better, and achieve measurable business outcomes. My career has spanned Asset Managed, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Go-to-Market Strategy. Across every role, my focus has remained the same: connecting learning to business growth—whether that's accelerating revenue, reducing risk, increasing product adoption, improving retention, or helping people perform at their best. Some of the results I'm proud of include: 🚀 Increased learning content adoption by 753% in a single year 💰 Built a monetized customer education program that generated approximately $2M in its first year 📈 Created new revenue streams through learning products and services 🌍 Designed global leadership development and early career programs across three continents 🏆 Launched company-wide innovation initiatives, including a customer hackathon I'm passionate about the intersection of learning, product adoption, enablement, and go-to-market strategy—and how organizations can build capability across the workforce, partners, and customers faster than the pace of change. To me, the future of learning isn't about delivering more training. It's about helping organizations continuously build the human capability that drives growth, innovation, resilience, and business performance. If you're exploring how learning can become a strategic advantage (not just a support function), I'd love to connect.

We're hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team!
One of the most important things I’ve learned in my career is to build a personal board of advisors. That’s a whole post of its own. I have thoughts. Possibly a framework. Definitely opinions. But two people you want on that board are mentors and sponsors, and they are not the same. A mentor helps you find your voice. A sponsor uses theirs when you’re not in the room. A mentor helps you grow. They challenge you, sharpen your thinking, help you find your voice, and gently remind you that doing excellent work is not actually a visibility strategy. Sponsors advocate for you. They say your name in rooms you haven’t been invited into yet. They connect your work to bigger opportunities. They help others see not only what you’ve already done, but what you’re capable of doing next. A mentor helps you get ready for the opportunity. A sponsor helps make sure the opportunity finds you. And once you’re in a position to be either for someone else, don’t underestimate the impact. Give the honest feedback. Make the introduction. Recommend them for the stretch role. Say their name in the room. Careers rarely grow through hard work alone. They grow because people help us see what’s possible and help others see it, too. Tag someone who opened a door for you and share the specific way they helped. Whether they developed you, recommended you, or said your name in the right room, let’s make sure they know it mattered.
If you've been following me for a while (read: anything longer than a week honestly), you know that I am extremely passionate about helping learning teams move beyond activity metrics and show how their work actually moves the business. Because completions, attendance, and satisfaction scores tell us what happened in a learning program. They don’t tell us whether performance improved, risk declined, productivity increased, or customers stayed. That’s why my upcoming webinar won’t be a sit-back-and-listen session. It’s a live working session. Did I mention I'll also be joined by one of my favorite Litmos teammates - Victoria Hayes?? Bring one learning program you own, and we’ll walk you through how to: → Connect it to a meaningful business outcome → Identify the right indicators of progress and impact → Determine what you should actually be measuring → Tell a clearer story about the value learning creates If you’ve ever struggled to answer, “But what did this program do for the business?”—this workshop is for you. 📅 September 23rd at 12ET/11CT 🔗 Link in the first comment! #LearningAndDevelopment #LearningImpact #BusinessOutcomes #LitmosLabs
