Closing brand deals for LinkedIn’s top creators | Tech creator
You've built the audience. Now let's get you paid for it. 👇 I'm Elena, a creator agent at Citrine. I close brand deals for LinkedIn's top creators, so you can focus on posting while I handle the part nobody teaches you: pricing, pitching, and negotiating. (Think of me as your personal Kris Jenner 😎) What that looks like: ⭐ Negotiating your deals so you're paid what you're worth, not the bare minimum 🎥 Coaching you on video content that actually lands and stops the scroll 🤝 Matching you with brands that fit your audience, not just whoever's hiring I've been on every side of this. I spent 10 years at PwC turning complex tools and AI rollouts into things 60,000+ people could actually use. Then I taught myself UGC with no marketing background, just a phone and a few hours a week, and made $15,000+ in my first few months. So I know what it takes to create, and what it takes to get paid for it. 💼 For Brands: People are craving content from real humans, especially with AI everywhere. A real person using your product beats a polished ad every time. I connect LinkedIn brands with the right creator for what you're actually trying to achieve, not a generic match with a high follower # ☕ What I post about: -The real story of my 10 years in corporate and why I left -How to pivot your career into tech (without a tech degree) -Creating content and actually getting paid for it -Brand deals, sales, and the negotiating nobody teaches you -Apps and AI tools that solve real problems in under a minute Creator ready to get paid and represented properly? Brand looking for the right voice? Let's talk. And if you're just here for the tea, hit follow 🫖 https://citrinecreators.co/ 📩 [email removed]

at 18, a manager offered me a job and threatened to fire me in the same conversation.. all over $1 an hour I was transferring restaurants and he was offering me a dollar over the starting rate. if I told anyone, I'd be fired?!? I turned it down. WHY would I work for someone threatening to fire me before day one? (for the record, he didn't last long there anyway) that was the first time someone made pay feel like a secret.. and it wasn't the last so I'm doing the opposite I made a video that walks through 10 years of corporate. every promotion, lateral move, and every salary that came with it.. including the pay cut I took on purpose I wanted to show all the details and make it easy to follow, so I built it in the new Gamma. I brain dumped EVERYTHING to the agent, told it what I was trying to do, and it turned my messy thoughts into something thats pretty, and clear, that I can show on camera Drop a comment if you think more people should talk about pay!! #GammaPartner
I flew 36 hours to Manila to train our HR contact center team, and forgot my laptop charger at home...EEK SO this was 2019. my PwC laptop was this weird tablet-keyboard combo and nobody else on my team had the same one, of course we went to SO many electronics stores in Manila looking for a charger that would fit.. not one With only 2 weeks there, Im about to train a team I flew halfway around the world for, and my laptop's about to die with no way to charge it and couldn't just log into another laptop either, not with PwC security.. but it all ended up working out - how??? I'd already built every slide before I left and knew the material cold, so I had someone on my team share my slides and screen share while I ran the whole training from memory.. laptop just sitting there dead in my bag it worked though, training went great also I was working nights the entire trip lol.. Manila's 12 hours ahead of Eastern time so I was on an 8pm-5am schedule for two weeks straight. normal life for their team since they cover US hours between the time difference and the laptop drama this should've been a disaster instead it's one of my favorite work trips ever! the team was so warm, so fun to be around, and Manila was such a cool city being over prepared saved me on that trip in a way I didn't expect to need what's your "it shouldn't have worked but it did" story? PS: I'm Elena, a retired corporate girl sharing how she pivoted her career. Follow for all the tea on corporate, content, and everything in between
before being in sales, I was asking people why they hated a button placement I spent years doing user interviews.. trying to get to why someone didn't like a product feature you learn fast that the first answer is never the real one someone says "I don't like it" and if you stop there you've learned nothing.. you have to keep going you need to understand more like: what about it? was it confusing? was it in the wrong spot? not leading them either by finishing their sentence. just asking questions until you actually get there turns out that's pretty much just sales when someone tells me they are not sure about citrine or a creator, I ask what specifically are they not confident about the real answer is almost always different from the first one nobody trained me on this in a sales role I learned it watching people struggle to explain why they hated a button 😂 #sales #careerpivot #uxresearch #negotiation
