Remote Fractional IT Project Manager | Career & Visibility Coach | Turn Your Expertise Into In-Demand Remote & Fractional Opportunities | 130+ Project Managers & Tech Professionals Coached | #4 Favikon Top Voice DE
💌 Brand partnerships, speaking and client requests: [email removed] I grew up in a small town in Bulgaria. No international network. No family working in tech. No roadmap showing me how someone like me could build a career with global companies. Ten years ago, I packed my life into a suitcase and moved to Germany. New language. New culture. New beginning. I had to prove myself from scratch. That journey eventually led me to projects connected to Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Daimler Truck, Volkswagen, Capgemini, Atlassian, Adaptavist, Zoom, and international clients across the UK, UAE, Southeast Asia, and the US. For the last 10+ years, I've led complex IT, transformation, technology, and compliance programs across remote and hybrid teams. But here's what surprised me: The smartest people weren't always the ones getting promoted. The best project managers weren't always the ones getting hired. The biggest opportunities often went to the people who knew how to communicate their value. That's when everything changed for me. I stopped thinking that experience speaks for itself. It doesn't. Visibility does. Today, my work has two missions. → I help tech companies, from start-ups to global enterprises, bring clarity to messy complex projects and build high-performing teams. → I help project managers become visible, respected, and impossible to overlook, so they land better career remote opportunities, build their personal brand, and create income beyond their 9-to-5 through my SMART Visibility Framework. The numbers, because they matter: • Led €10M programs across IT, Automotive, SaaS, FinTech, Insurance, Compliance, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing • Managed 15+ concurrent projects while maintaining delivery predictability and executive alignment • Aligned 40+ global teams across multiple time zones • Helped 130+ project managers secure remote and hybrid full-time & fractional opportunities • Partnered with global tech brands, including Zoom, to support the future of work I believe project managers deserve far more recognition. They're often the people connecting strategy with execution, leading without authority, solving problems before anyone notices them, and holding organizations together. Yet too many stay invisible. I'm here to change that. If you're building a technology company that needs stronger project delivery, or you're a project manager ready to become known for your expertise instead of your job title, you're in the right place. 📌 Start with the resources in my Featured section.

Project management has been “dying” since 2001. Agile arrived. Traditional PM roles were questioned. And people started predicting the end of Project Managers. Some notable "deaths" include: - Agile - Scrum - Lean teams - Product-led organizations - Remote work - AI copilots - Self-managing teams - AI agents - "AI will replace Project Managers" Here's the reality: - There are 39.6M project professionals worldwide - Global demand for project talent is projected to grow by up to 64% by 2035 - The world could face a shortage of up to 29.8M qualified project professionals - Projects still need ownership - Stakeholders still need alignment - Risks still need management - AI removes admin work, not accountability Block out the noise. Keep learning, master the fundamentals, understand the business, and adapt to new technology. Project management is only “dead” for Project Managers who refuse to evolve. 🔁Repost this and help another Project Manager stop believing their career is disappearing.
Your LinkedIn profile might be getting found every week. The question is: Are the right people finding you? Most jobseekers track applications. Few track search appearances. Go to: Your Profile → Search Appearances → See where you were found LinkedIn shows whether people found you through: 1. Search: Found through keywords, titles, or skills into the "LinkedIn Global Search Bar" that match your profile text 2. Your network: Found through mutual connections or the "People you may know" suggestions on the homepage 3. Posts: Found after seeing your content 4. Comments: Found after reading your comments Then look closer: • What roles do they have? • Which companies do they work for? • Are recruiters and hiring managers showing up? This tells you whether your positioning is working. If recruiters in your target market find you through search, your keywords are doing their job. If the wrong people keep finding you, your profile is likely sending the wrong signals. And this matters even if you never apply through LinkedIn. You might apply on a company website, then use LinkedIn to find the recruiter, hiring manager, or future team and start a conversation. That is where LinkedIn becomes more than a job board. It becomes your research and outreach tool. I’ll share more job search hacks like this over the next few weeks. Want the right remote roles to start finding you too? My 1:1 Accelerator helps project and tech professionals sharpen their LinkedIn positioning, improve outreach, and create a 60-day strategy for landing better remote jobs and fractional opportunities. “You’re Elitsa, the LinkedIn PM girl, right?” I met him at a high school friend’s wedding last weekend. Half the wedding already knew me as “the LinkedIn PM girl.” That is what personal branding does: people know what you stand for before you even introduce yourself. His story: A successful high school teacher, Mid-30s. Writes about psychology to 12,000+ Substack subscribers without monetization because “only marketing people know how to do it.” Quit his job without a backup plan. Why? Deep down, he knew he was meant for a bigger arena. Teaching had shaped him. But he was ready for the next level: a career in Project Management. His fears: “I’m too late.” “I have no experience.” “LinkedIn is fake and posting is cringe.” I hear this constantly in my mentoring calls. Most career changers are not starting from zero. They simply don’t know how to position what they already bring. Here are the 6 steps that I told him to follow: 1. Learn the PM fundamentals first before paying for expensive certifications (free courses, podcasts, books) 2. Translate your teaching experience into PM language (stakeholders, deadlines, budgets, conflict) 3. Find your "Ikigai" and define your content pillars around the overlap: education, psychology, and Project Management 4. Position your LinkedIn around where you want to go, not only where you have been. 5. Talk directly to working Project Managers instead of relying only on job portals. Engage. 6. Leverage your existing 12,000-person Substack audience and document the journey publicly to create proof. Translate your previous career instead of erasing it to build a new one. If nobody knows what you are good at, nobody gets the chance to recognize your value. I have helped 150+ professionals position themselves for better opportunities. If you wanted to switch careers today, what would you feel most stuck on? P.S. He invited me for a slow dance. Somehow, it turned into a 2-hour career and LinkedIn strategy session on the dance floor. 😂 Apparently, even weddings are mentoring calls now. I might be slightly obsessed with helping people do what they love and turn it into income. 😂
