Remote Fractional IT Project Manager | Career & Visibility Coach | Turn Your Expertise Into In-Demand Remote & Fractional Opportunities | 130+ Project Managers & Tech Professionals Coached | #4 Favikon Top Voice DE
💌 Brand partnerships, speaking and client requests: [email removed] I grew up in a small town in Bulgaria. No international network. No family working in tech. No roadmap showing me how someone like me could build a career with global companies. Ten years ago, I packed my life into a suitcase and moved to Germany. New language. New culture. New beginning. I had to prove myself from scratch. That journey eventually led me to projects connected to Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Daimler Truck, Volkswagen, Capgemini, Atlassian, Adaptavist, Zoom, and international clients across the UK, UAE, Southeast Asia, and the US. For the last 10+ years, I've led complex IT, transformation, technology, and compliance programs across remote and hybrid teams. But here's what surprised me: The smartest people weren't always the ones getting promoted. The best project managers weren't always the ones getting hired. The biggest opportunities often went to the people who knew how to communicate their value. That's when everything changed for me. I stopped thinking that experience speaks for itself. It doesn't. Visibility does. Today, my work has two missions. → I help tech companies, from start-ups to global enterprises, bring clarity to messy complex projects and build high-performing teams. → I help project managers become visible, respected, and impossible to overlook, so they land better career remote opportunities, build their personal brand, and create income beyond their 9-to-5 through my SMART Visibility Framework. The numbers, because they matter: • Led €10M programs across IT, Automotive, SaaS, FinTech, Insurance, Compliance, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing • Managed 15+ concurrent projects while maintaining delivery predictability and executive alignment • Aligned 40+ global teams across multiple time zones • Helped 130+ project managers secure remote and hybrid full-time & fractional opportunities • Partnered with global tech brands, including Zoom, to support the future of work I believe project managers deserve far more recognition. They're often the people connecting strategy with execution, leading without authority, solving problems before anyone notices them, and holding organizations together. Yet too many stay invisible. I'm here to change that. If you're building a technology company that needs stronger project delivery, or you're a project manager ready to become known for your expertise instead of your job title, you're in the right place. 📌 Start with the resources in my Featured section.

To all Project Managers who think “my work should speak for itself”: That mindset is costing you opportunities. You run the meetings nobody wants to run. You chase decisions nobody wants to own. You absorb pressure from leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and teams. You solve problems before they become visible. Then promotion season comes. Someone louder gets picked. A recruiter overlooks your profile. A less experienced Project Manager gets the role. And you tell yourself: “They were better at politics.” Sometimes they were simply better at communicating value. Being invisible is not humility. It is a career risk. If people do not understand your impact, they can't reward it. Stop expecting managers, recruiters, and clients to connect the dots for you. Show your thinking. Show your decisions. Show your impact. Visibility is part of the job. What’s one thing you’ve achieved as a Project Manager that more people should know about?
Change your story, and you change your life. Today, I’m standing inside a dream I’ve carried since childhood. For years, Tony Robbins has been one of my greatest inspirations not because of his fame, but because of where he began. ❤️ From poverty and struggle to feeding millions of people and helping others rebuild their lives, his journey has always reminded me that our beginnings do not have to become our endings. His story taught me something I’ll never forget: Your past does not get to decide your future. Today, I finally get to see him live at LANXESS Arena in Cologne, at one of his biggest events in Europe - Greator GmbH. Four days. 20,000 people. One room filled with energy, anticipation, and thousands of people ready to break free from the patterns that have held them back. We’ll walk across fire. We’ll face fear. We’ll challenge the limits we once accepted as truth. I can already imagine the heat beneath my feet, the roar of the crowd, and the moment fear gives way to courage. But for me, this is bigger than an event. It’s proof that some dreams are worth carrying through the years, even when life gets difficult and the distance between where you are and where you want to be feels impossible. It’s proof that the right story can change everything. Today, one of mine becomes real. And maybe that’s the reminder we all need: the dream you keep returning to may not be foolish or far away. It may be waiting for you to believe in it one more time. What dream have you been carrying for years? P.S. Wish me luck for the firewalk tonight. Time to face the fear and walk straight through it. 🔥
4 months until the end of the year. Are you still sitting in the same office job you said you wanted to leave? Still telling yourself: “I’ll start applying next month.” “I need to fix my LinkedIn first.” “I’ll wait until January.” “The remote market is too competitive.” Meanwhile, 4 months is enough to start building your remote freedom. Enough time to: → rebuild your LinkedIn for remote roles → stop sending random applications → start attracting recruiters and clients → explore fractional work and consulting → create more freedom than one office job gives you I know because I stopped relying only on applications myself. I went from being overlooked to creating opportunities through LinkedIn. From depending on one career path to building consulting and fractional opportunities. From simply having experience to knowing how to position and sell it globally. Remote freedom does not start with quitting your job. It starts with becoming visible enough to have options. If you want to leave the office, land a remote role, or build a career you can take anywhere, I help you build the positioning, LinkedIn profile, content, and sales strategy behind that move. Book your Discovery Call here: https://lnkd.in/d8M9U_52 4 months from now, you can still be asking for permission to work remotely. Or you can be building a career that gives you the choice.
