UI/UX Designer for SaaS & Dashboards | I help B2B startups turn complex products into intuitive experiences | Figma • Design Systems
B2B SaaS companies and startups lose users when their product feels confusing or cluttered. I help them fix that through design that's intuitive, scalable, and built for real users. I'm Fatima, a UI/UX Designer with 4 years of experience working with startups, agencies, and product teams across industries including healthcare, fintech, and e-commerce. Over the years I've delivered end-to-end design for products like a medical app, SaneSwap, Kart Geezer, and Family Vault, handling everything from early wireframes to polished, developer-ready interfaces. Here's what I can help you with: → SaaS product design & redesigns → Mobile app design (iOS & Android) → Dashboard & data visualisation UI → Design systems that scale with your team → Website UI design → UX audits find what's breaking your user experience. My process is collaborative and straightforward. I don't just make things look good. I make sure they work for your users and support your business goals. The biggest opportunities in my career didn't come from applying!!! They came from people who had been quietly watching my work. A message after months of following my posts. A referral from someone I'd worked with before. A recommendation from someone who trusted my work. It reminded me that not every opportunity starts with an application. Sometimes it starts with showing up consistently. Sharing what you're building. Doing good work, even when it feels like no one is paying attention. The internet has a funny way of rewarding consistency😀 You never really know who's watching until they decide to reach out. That's why I've stopped posting just for engagement. I'd rather build trust. Because likes disappear. A good reputation doesn't🙌🏻 Fatima S.
I've realized something lately... I'm actually enjoying the ordinary days the most. The quiet evenings. The deep focus. Learning something new. Creating. Solving problems. Slowly becoming better at what I love. And you know what, JULY is full of this🫶🏻 A younger version of me would've called this "waiting for success." Today, I call it living it. Because this is the life I once dreamed about. And I don't want to be so busy chasing the next milestone that I forget to appreciate the one I'm already living. 🤍 Fatima S.
I’ve deleted designs that took me hours to create👩💻 And strangely, I think that’s a good thing. Earlier, I used to get attached to my work. If I spent hours on a screen, I wanted to make it work somehow. Even when deep down... I knew it wasn’t working. Now, I’m much more comfortable starting again. And recently, I’ve been thinking about doing the same with my portfolio, removing old projects that no longer represent the designer I am today. Because the time you spent on something is not a reason to keep it. Sometimes the best decision is: “This doesn’t represent me anymore. It’s time to let it go.” Deleting the work doesn’t delete what you learned while creating it🙌🏻 Fatima S.
