GTM & Marketing for AI-native SaaS · Ex-SendGrid, Twilio, SEMrush · CMSO at Cynoia · Building AI tools and AI Agents · Remote from Tallinn
I'm a builder-marketer. I run GTM - positioning, community, partnerships, product marketing - and I ship the product too. Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and a pile of LLM APIs. That combination is most of what I bring. Chilean-born, Tallinn-based for 11 years, remote across five continents. What I do, and where it's been tested: 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. The work I'm proudest of: taking Cynoia from "global ClickUp competitor" to "made in Africa, by Africans, for Africans," localized into Wolof and Swahili. That unlocked partnerships stalled for over a year. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. Nurtured and expanded SendGrid's Accelerate program out of Europe into Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America - 550+ startup accounts, 50+ partners, activations in 20+ countries. 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿-𝗮𝗱𝗷𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. First Global Brand Evangelist at SEMrush. Worked with a network of 20,000+ marketers, ran a private inner circle of 30, and closed the loop between field and product. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀. At Cynoia: 6,000+ users across 13 countries, two new country operations, 10+ telecom and university partnerships, teams across Tunisia, Estonia, Senegal, and Morocco. 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Co-founded a B2B KYC platform and ran marketing as CMO, raised $500K in a round led by SendGrid's founder. It shut down in 2023 - which taught me more about prioritization than the roles that worked. 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴. Eight products this past year: web apps, macOS apps, Chrome extensions, AI agent systems, services on Cloudflare's edge. The furthest along scans websites and generates fixes for how AI systems read them, on a 12-agent pipeline I built end to end. 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆: two IPOs and a $3B acquisition. Self-taught, no business degree, didn't learn English until I was 25. I learn by shipping. What I'm looking for: a senior seat where go-to-market and building meet. It's carried a lot of titles - product marketing, growth, developer relations, community and ecosystem, partnerships, market entry, founding GTM. I care more about the work than the label. Full-time first; open to fractional and advisory. Remote from Tallinn, across EU and US hours. Autonomy to ship my way, and a scope with edges rather than every hat at once. If you're hiring for something in that shape, just reach out. Let's chat.

Switch from codex to Claude Code and loving it — but I want those secret resources. (Asking for myself — and the 2 hours I suddenly have on my hands 😄) What are your go-to resources? Docs, videos, GitHub repos, newsletters, creators to follow… drop them below 👇
I tab-hoard. It's not a habit I can break. At any given moment I've got 30-plus Chrome tabs open and maybe six of them actually matter. The rest are "I'll read this later" that I never read. I've tried tab manager extensions. I've tried the one-tab discipline thing. Nothing stuck because none of it told me what I actually open versus what I'm just afraid to close. So I built something for it. Perch sits in the macOS menu bar and tracks your active Chrome tabs. Local-first, nothing leaves the machine. SQLite on disk. Small and boring by design — it does one thing and I didn't want it doing anything else. Not polished. Not feature-complete. But it's there in the menu bar doing the thing. Kind of wild that for years the bottleneck was skill, and now it's just clarity — do you actually know what you want to build? Turns out that's harder than it sounds.
I lost 2,000 lines of code in one prompt. My main.js. Gone. Not corrupted — cleanly deleted, because that's what I asked for, sort of. I was building Perch, a macOS menu-bar Chrome tab tracker. Moving fast. Jumped straight into prompting without a plan, without explaining the file's purpose, without any shared context. Claude did exactly what a capable tool does when you give it an ambiguous instruction: it made a call. The call deleted my file. Not Claude's fault. Mine. When you vibe-code without a plan, you're not collaborating — you're gambling. The tool fills the gaps with its best interpretation. That interpretation has no reason to match yours. What changed after: I run /grill-me before touching any new feature. It surfaces assumptions I hadn't thought through yet. Then I write a short plan not a formal doc, just enough to make intent explicit. Then I read out-loud to Claude and I chat with about it until both are in the same place and Claude can answer me in the way I would answer the points. Plan, align, then build.
