About Hamza Khalid

I create the easy to read content on (AI in public)

Content isn't just king. It's a resume of your skills. For 3 years straight, without missing a single day, I've been creating AI educational content. No breaks. No pauses. No ghostwriters. Just me, sitting down every day, writing, designing, and publishing. I started because I believed AI would either make people irreplaceable or leave them behind. I chose a side. I'm Hamza Khalid, founder of AI in Public, one of the top AI creator brands across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Threads. I am on a mission: 👇 "Make yourself Irreplaceable with AI." I publish the AI in Public newsletter on Substack, the only place where I go deeper than any social post can. Real workflows. Hands-on breakdowns. Cheatsheets you can use the same day you read them. Here is what I do every single day: → Test and review the latest AI tools before they go mainstream → Write practical step-by-step guides anyone can follow and apply today → Share my own real-world LLM workflows and use cases → Design cheatsheets and carousels that make complex AI dead-simple → Build content systems that educate, convert, and grow audiences consistently My cheatsheets alone reach millions every month. The creators and founders who follow me don't just learn AI. They use it to outcompete people who are still Googling. That's the only metric that matters to me. Over 3 years, here is what daily commitment looks like in numbers: → 130,000+ followers across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube → 200+ cutting-edge AI tools reviewed and tested hands-on → 20,000+ expert-level AI prompts published → Highlighted multiple times by Elon Musk → Trusted by teams at Gamma, Icon, Synthesia, Manus, Kling, Perplexity, Higgsfield, and 40+ more AI companies I've built all of this from a laptop, across multiple countries, for 3 years straight. Why AI startups and founders choose to work with me: I don't just post content. I build creator-led campaigns that blend storytelling, virality, and real strategy, giving AI startups the visibility and traction they need to scale fast. My audience is AI-first, builder-minded, and brutally loyal. When I recommend a tool, people try it. When I build a campaign, it drives results. I take on a limited number of brand partnerships each month. If you want to build something that actually moves the needle, reach out directly. I reply fast. ✉️ [email removed] 🧠 Make yourself Irreplaceable with AI.

  • 21 ways to use Claude that honestly feel a little unfair. Most people barely scratch the surface and only use 2 or 3 of these. So I put everything in one place. Save this because you’ll probably want to come back to it. ↓ ☑ Phase 1: Start Here → See how Claude evolved from a chatbot into a full working system. → Learn how to prompt Fable 5 properly. → Understand what the Mythos and Fable shutdown means. ✦ Claude better than 99%: https://lnkd.in/dV2s3Jit ✦ How to Prompt Fable 5: https://lnkd.in/dq39Xgws ✦ Mythos + Fable Shutdown: https://lnkd.in/dZcxa5Zk ☑ Phase 2: Build and Automate → Turn a folder into a working 3D website. → Understand Claude’s usage limits and how they work. → Connect Gmail and Drive so Claude can work across both. → Grab 10 ready-to-use prompts for Claude in Chrome. ✦ 3D Website With Claude: https://lnkd.in/dS5mTQ7D ✦ Claude's Usage Limits: https://lnkd.in/dirWmsnx ✦ Claude Connectors: https://lnkd.in/dM_2DbD7 ✦ Claude for Chrome: https://lnkd.in/deb8ppQb ☑ Phase 3: Control and Create Now you can start putting Claude inside the tools you already use. → Run spreadsheet workflows through Claude for Excel. → Create videos from a single prompt using Higgsfield. → Bring old notes back to life with Claude + Obsidian. → Build autonomous workflows using Claude loops. ✦ Claude for Excel: https://lnkd.in/dxSAsDYp ✦ Claude + Higgsfield: https://lnkd.in/dUcHsu5y ✦ Obsidian + Claude: https://lnkd.in/dk4NWFTj ✦ 7 Claude Loops: https://lnkd.in/dP_ndPTZ ☑ Phase 4: Get More From Claude Stop treating Claude like something you constantly have to prompt. → Build repeatable loops instead of starting from zero. → See the exact workflow a financial analyst uses daily. → Build a second brain using folders, plugins, and workflows. → Avoid common mistakes when building Claude Skills. ✦ Build Loops: https://lnkd.in/dn67GuvB ✦ Financial Analyst: https://lnkd.in/d5E7x2Kp ✦ Second Brain: https://lnkd.in/dWqbwTpG ✦ Skills Mistakes: https://lnkd.in/d5HdqrJ9 ☑ Phase 5: Ship Content And finally, use Claude to create and publish things. → Make cheat sheets and infographics in minutes. → Design content without needing to be a designer. → Build usable artifacts instead of walls of text. → Run a YouTube channel without appearing on camera. → Go from idea to finished video in minutes. → Create Claude Skills for workflows you repeat. ✦ Infographics: https://lnkd.in/dcGZ_fRB ✦ Claude Design 101: https://lnkd.in/dCa5bN56 ✦ Claude Artifacts: https://lnkd.in/de9BWtsx ✦ Claude for YouTube: https://lnkd.in/dcZDEUvM ✦ Claude Video: https://lnkd.in/dYYmiWS2 ✦ Claude Skills: https://lnkd.in/d-zgnaum If you want more practical AI workflows like these: ↓ → Visit https://lnkd.in/gKeWjXUN → Subscribe to my newsletter → Get free AI guides and cheat sheets regularly ♻️ Repost this if someone in your network would find it useful. • Most people are using AI the wrong way. And it’s not because they’re bad at prompting. It’s because prompting was never supposed to be the end goal. The real advantage comes from building a system around AI. Here’s the 4-level progression I’ve been thinking about: What I actually test every day → https://lnkd.in/dEQTp_uh 60+ deep dives that only 1% read → https://lnkd.in/g5Y6UVup ☑️ Level 1: Beginner You use one AI for almost everything. You ask a question, it gives you an answer, then you copy and paste it somewhere else. It saves time, but you’re still doing most of the work yourself. AI is basically just helping you type faster. ☑️ Level 2: Intermediate Now you start using different AI tools for different jobs. One for research. One for writing. One for design. One for coding. The tools are better suited to each task, but you’re still manually moving information from one tool to another. You’re the one connecting everything. ☑️ Level 3: Advanced This is where AI starts working like a system. Research feeds into thinking. Thinking feeds into creation. Creation gets checked. Then the final output gets published. Instead of doing every step yourself, you start directing the process and approving the results. For most people, this already feels pretty advanced. ✦ Build Loops: https://lnkd.in/dn67GuvB ✦ 7 Claude Loops: https://lnkd.in/dP_ndPTZ ☑️ Level 4: AI Operator This is where things get much more interesting. Research, thinking, creation, improvement, memory, and execution all work together inside one system. Instead of constantly prompting AI to do the next task, the system already knows what happens next. You step in when something needs direction, approval, or a final decision. That’s the shift. Prompting gets you started. Systems give you leverage. ✦ Claude Connectors: https://lnkd.in/dM_2DbD7 ✦ Claude Skills: https://lnkd.in/d-zgnaum ✦ Second Brain: https://lnkd.in/dWqbwTpG The simplest way to think about it: Prompts → Workflows → Systems. That’s the progression. And a lot of people are still stuck trying to find the perfect prompt instead of building something that can run repeatedly. ✦ Skills Mistakes: https://lnkd.in/d5HdqrJ9 ✦ Claude's Usage Limits: https://lnkd.in/dirWmsnx ✦ Financial Analyst Workflow: https://lnkd.in/d5E7x2Kp I broke down how to start building your own AI operating system at substack.com/@humzakhalid. You probably don’t need another folder full of prompts. You need a system that can keep working after the prompt is finished. ♻️ Repost if this helps someone else.

  • Most Claude setups are full of stuff you’ll probably never use. Skills you saved once. Prompts you forgot about. Instructions that sounded useful but never made your work better. I’ve been cutting mine down, and these are the 7 things I’d keep. What I actually try every day → https://lnkd.in/dEQTp_uh 60+ deep dives that only 1% read → https://lnkd.in/g5Y6UVup ☑️ Level 1: Run everything through four questions Is it used? Is it relevant? Is it unique? Is it repeatable? If something fails one of those, I remove it. Most Claude setups don’t need more tools or prompts. They need less clutter. ☑️ Level 2: Keep one solid “About Me” skill Your role, how you work, your writing style, your preferences, and what you never want Claude to do. Write it once and reuse it so you’re not explaining yourself every time. ☑️ Level 3: Give Claude the outcome, not every step There’s a big difference between: “Write four paragraphs using this exact structure.” And: “Write a reply that makes them want to say yes.” The first tells Claude how to move. The second tells it where you want to end up. Give it the goal, let it figure out the path, then judge the result. ☑️ Level 4: Make Claude ask questions first One of the easiest ways to get better answers is to stop Claude from answering too quickly. I’ll sometimes add: “Ask me five questions before you respond.” It gets the missing context instead of guessing. ☑️ Level 5: Don’t trust draft one A prompt I use a lot: “Find three weaknesses in this. Fix them. Then give me version two.” Claude becomes its own critic before I start editing. This has improved my output more than most complicated prompt frameworks. ☑️ Level 6: New task = new chat Old instructions and context can quietly influence the next task. When the work changes, I start a fresh chat. Cleaner context usually means cleaner output. ☑️ Level 7: Use Claude for work that actually takes time I don’t need Claude for every two-minute task. I want it handling the stuff that would normally eat up an hour or more: → Dense reports → Messy spreadsheets → Deep research → Multi-step planning → Large amounts of information That’s where the leverage shows up. So if I rebuilt my Claude setup from scratch: 1. Filter everything by used, relevant, unique, and repeatable. 2. Keep one good About Me skill. 3. Give Claude the outcome. 4. Make it ask questions first. 5. Critique the first draft. 6. Start a new chat when the task changes. 7. Save Claude for work that actually costs hours. You don’t need a giant Claude system. You need a small one you actually use. One last thing: Everything above is only a small part of what I share. The rest of my best content goes into my newsletter: → Go to https://lnkd.in/gKeWjXUN → Subscribe on Substack → Get more free daily cheat sheets ♻️ Repost if this helped someone in your network. It costs nothing, but it helps me keep creating more of these.
