Don't post on LinkedIn. No one cares and your mates with find it immediately. My friends and family have found my account. And of course, the jokes are non stop about it I struggle to come up with ideas for content daily I try not to sounds like AI on every post List goes on I didn't even have an account last November I didn't start posting daily in Janurary Now im at 5.5k followers Just shy of 2 million impressions 20k engagements 400k members reached I've had posts cross over 1k likes and comments. But the followers and impressions aren't even the best part. Posting on LinkedIn has helped me: → Book meetings with qualified prospects → Get job opportunities I never applied for → Build relationships with people I probably would've never met → Land my first sponsorship → Build an audience around something I genuinely enjoy talking about I just started posting about what I was learning and experiencing in sales. Some posts flopped. Some randomly did really well It is the most beneficial thing you can do as a rep who focuses on LinkedIn
My H1 SDR stats at Outbound OS 167 meetings booked 149 meetings shown $60,000+ in rev Top rep 4/6 of those months. Being an SDR is not easy in todays day and age, even getting into the space is tricky. But here are 5 lessons I wish I knew sooner. 1- Activity; always be the most active, even if you're leading in meetings booked 2- Education; constantly be learning from top performers to get 1% better. 3- Detachment; don't get emotionally attached to any single deal or prospect. 4- Mistakes; look over ever chat that you thought was going well but died. 5- Control the controllable's; focus on the inputs/basics, results compound This is what worked for me. Feel free to add below if i missed something.
Aaron Reeves and I have set out to have a record month. Here's how i'm spending the weekend after week 1. - Golf - Going to the pub with my mates - Playing football - More golf - Seeing family on Sunday for my brothers birthday. Just because i've got big aspirations for the month. Doesn't mean that im taking no days off. If i work 30 days this month. The quality of work will diminish and it's likely that i'll end up falling short of quota altogether. What are your goals for this month? And how are you spending the weekend?
