I am a Commercial Operations and Marketing Execution Leader with over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning multinational FMCG, financial services, experiential marketing, strategic consulting, and talent acquisition. My career has been intentionally built around one core focus: driving business growth through systems, structure, and stakeholder alignment. At British American Tobacco Nigeria, I led consumer engagement operations and agency governance for over a decade, strengthening KPI visibility, compliance frameworks, product traceability systems, and service delivery performance across multi-regional markets. I have directed high-impact brand activations managing premium global portfolios including Jack Daniel’s, The Macallan, Samsung Nigeria, and Unilever brands delivering measurable sales growth of up to 85% above target. More recently, I have led full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives, supporting workforce planning, competency-based hiring, and structured onboarding processes that align people strategy with business growth objectives. My background in Organizational Behavior strengthens my ability to connect operations, performance, and talent systems. I also contributed to digital trade strategy for women entrepreneurs through International Consultants for Entrepreneurship on a British Council-funded initiative.Beyond corporate leadership, I am a coach and mentor to women navigating career growth and leadership visibility, and the author of The Unmuted Woman and Turn Your Skills to Cash.As Lagos Chapter Head of Boss Babes Nigeria, I champion women’s economic inclusion, profession advancement and leadership visibility. I am open to: • Director and Senior Leadership roles in Commercial Operations, Marketing Operations, Brand Strategy, and Workforce Development • Speaking engagements on operations leadership, women’s economic empowerment, career visibility, and monetization strategy • Corporate training, mentoring, and leadership development initiativesIf you are building organizations that require structure, scale, strategic growth, or leadership empowerment. I would be delighted to connect.

Experience alone does not automatically create authority. You can spend 15 years doing something and still struggle to explain what you actually know. That is because experience and expertise are not exactly the same thing. Experience is what you have encountered. Expertise is what you have learned from those experiences and can now apply intentionally to solve problems. This distinction matters. Because when you can articulate your expertise, you stop presenting yourself only as someone who has “worked for many years.” You start showing people: Here is what I understand. Here is the problem I can help you solve. Here is how I think about it. Here is what my experience has taught me. That is where professional positioning becomes much more powerful. Your years of experience should not simply sit on your CV. They should inform your point of view. And your point of view is part of what makes you valuable. What has your experience taught you that you now see differently from when you started? #Leadership #ProfessionalGrowth #Expertise #CareerDevelopment #PersonalBrand
“WHAT WILL I ACTUALLY GET?” Let's be clear about what happens inside The Authority Sessions™ — From Skill to Offer. You won't attend for 60 minutes, take screenshots and leave with another notebook full of ideas. The goal is to leave with something tangible. By the end of the session, you'll have worked through: 1. What you know The skills, knowledge and experience you can build around. 2. What you can offer Turning those capabilities into a clear service, product or offer. 3. Who needs it Getting clearer about the people you are actually trying to serve. 4. Why they should care Positioning your offer around value rather than simply listing what you can do. 5. What happens next A practical action plan for moving from idea to execution. That's why I keep saying: You will leave with an offer, not just inspiration. September 26. 3:00 PM WAT. Live on Google Meet. ₦10,000 | $10 | £10.
