Pigeonboss is yet to have a narrative, a story or message. we actually need to have it, this is exactly what keeps the community bond together, that's the foundation. If we have a narrative or the story behind the token and well communicated, I can tell you that pigeonboss will become a movement that everyone will want to be part of. 2. Pigeonboss is yet to activate community power; I discovered that you're not always active in the community maybe because you have an IRL job. We activated community power through activity contest ( thread contest, meme contest, raiding contest and many more. This will always keep the community engage even while you're away. What I've seen you pigeonboss does most of the time is to drop an announcement and disappear, as a dev building you can't just interact with your community once, you're the face of the brand before others. 3. No telegram admin: I can be your admin helping you to keep the community bond intact even while you're not around. The truth is that if you're building long term you can build alone, you need me to help lighten your work. I can work with you as a co worker ensuring success.
