I've been wanting to share this for a while!!! every comms, brand, and insights lead I've talked to lately is stuck learning a tool built for someone else's job Since joining dig.ai, I see it on pretty much every call ngl One tool for listening, one for competitive tracking, one for creators None of it actually built for how their team works day to day this week I got to show them something different!! teamed up with the amazing team at Lovable to build one app store on top of dig's engine, one app for every job - comms lead sees which market needs an answer this morning - brand manager sees which attribute is losing ground (and the narrative causing it) - insights manager sees how every product in the category is perceived - consumer insights lead sees what's actually driving purchase behavior right now - social media manager sees which content is working before the week's even over Just an app that fits the job they already do (no boring dashboard or annoying onboarding to sit through!!!) Being the one showing this live on calls is genuinely the fun part of my job rn. Watching someone realize they can drop 4 tools for 1... That's the kind of selling me and my commission likes :)))))) if you're in insights, brand, or comms, ping me. would love to show you 👀 dig.ai x Lovable
The best SDR I know hasn't missed quota once this year and he barely dials more than anyone else. Once I saw the numbers, I had to understand, and he explained everything to me in details His #1 Rule - it's not volume it's what happens before the dial He says most reps on his team pick up the phone and hope the timing is right By the time he dials he already knows what's going to happen Here's the exact workflow: 1) He warms every account before he calls → Email, LinkedIn touch, a relevant insight sent before he picks up the phone When he dials he's continuing an existing conversation 2) He tests messaging in email first → Which problems get replies, which wording works so when he calls he knows what works 3) He calls with a point of view → A specific problem he sees at this type of company, why it matters right now, one simple question If he can't explain the relevance in one sentence, he doesn't call 4) He nurtures between calls instead of redialing → Follow-up email, LinkedIn touch, more context each time Every next call is warmer than the last one. 5) He measures conversations and conversion → One real conversation >>> a hundred empty dials The number that matters is how many people actually engaged He only swears by lemlist It holds the whole motion together. by the time he picks up the phone, the account already knows who he is. For him, dialing is easy when you've done the work before it What's your routine before you pick up the phone? #LemlistPartner
I started seeing more cash from commissions when I started doing this Not a single deal I've closed came from pressuring someone to buy I’ve leaned on deadlines and discounts before Most sellers have Some never stop What actually moved deals forward was removing friction which is common advice that we really see practical steps on.. Here are the 3 things I’ve been focusing on that have made a difference so far: 1) Paint next q with the same problem ➤ Same cost, same headache and urgency starts showing up on its own once they see it 2) Anchor to their own timeline ➤ Internal launch dates, rollout windows, board deadlines already have real pressure baked in, no need to manufacture anything extra. 3) Put a number on standing still ➤ Hours lost, manual work piling up, revenue slipping through. once the cost is visible, waiting stops feeling safe. The key to making all this work is making sure that it's not just the champion that has that 'a-ha moment' I always aim to get legal, finance, ops, etc engaged as early as I can in the deal to make it more concrete and move forward with intention. After chatting with a bunch of top sellers, I finally found something that work using Aligned (in details in the CS) I've seen buyers move faster when I slow down, loop in the right people, and let the cost of doing nothing speak for itself. Once inaction feels risky, the push usually becomes unnecessary. If you want to run the same play, let me know your results: https://lnkd.in/d8MdnaTU #AlignedPartner
