Partnerships & GTM Leader | I build partner-led revenue ecosystems - not just contact lists | 10+ yrs in B2B Tech & SaaS | RevOps · Channel Sales · Consulting
B2B doesn't have to feel like B2B. I've spent 10+ years in partnerships and GTM across Tech & SaaS - and the thing that actually moves deals, opens doors, and builds lasting revenue isn't the pitch deck. It's the relationship behind it. I call it Human-to-Human. No aggressive pushing. No spray-and-pray outreach. Just real alignment between people who are building something worth building together. Every week, I write about what real partner-led growth looks like - the frameworks, the failures, and the conversations nobody puts in case studies. If you're building a partner program, scaling a BD function, or just tired of how transactional business development has become, this is for you. I'm also building: An early-stage AI startup (more soon) A network of people who think in ecosystems, not pipelines Follow along, or just say hi. Either works.

Sales was my Plan B. For years I was quietly embarrassed about that. Plan A was international cooperation. I studied International Relations in Prague and Nottingham. I wrote about the EU as a global environmental actor. I wanted my work to actually help people. Then real life happened. At 19, I was on the phone with top managers and government officials, selling seats at a conference. Research calls. Negotiations. Targets. I remember thinking: This is so far from everything I studied. 13 years later. Veeam. MTS. Shufti. Partner networks across Spain, Italy, Vietnam, LATAM. A 50-partner alliance that sourced 41% of all qualified opportunities. And the real thing is… I never actually left Plan A. Here's what I do every single day: ✔️ find two sides who genuinely need each other ✔️ understand what each one is afraid to lose and what it aspires to achieve ✔️ build trust slowly enough that it holds ✔️ keep the relationship alive after the signature That's international cooperation. Just with a pipeline. Those 41% came from 50 companies learning to trust each other. Slowly. Human2Human. The version of sales I was embarrassed of still exists, right? Pressure. Scripts. Manipulation. I still won't do it. But the version that actually closes looks a lot like diplomacy. When you know you know. So if you're in a sales role right now thinking "this isn't me"… maybe you're just being asked to sell the wrong way. What was your Plan A before sales or founding? And how much of it quietly made it into your work today? 👇
2020: "50/50 for the tech and commercial co-founders" - good deal! 2026: no waaaay Revenue and commercial part have become more challenging than ever before. If you know how to: 1. get a stranger to trust you 2. build a partner network that actually sources pipeline 3. turn "interesting" into a signed contract 4. make revenue predictable instead of lucky This is the best moment in 10 years to step into founder or cofounder territory. Your skillset just became the scarce one. Nearly everyone can build some sort of product. But selling and generating revenue - that's where the real story starts today! Question for the founders here: if you were splitting equity today - tech + commercial - what's the fair number in 2026? Curious what you'd consider.
You know that feeling? 😁 When you lost your sales spark...and you might even have started thinking, "I should probably be a Project Manager". And then one day, your inner salesperson's spark is just back! ✨
