I booked 32 meetings in July.
160% of my quota.
All through LinkedIn.
No cold calls.
No cold emails.
Just LinkedIn DMs.
With structure → consistency → execution.
July was my best month this year for meetings booked.
A lot of people assume LinkedIn comes down to luck.
For me, it came down to fixing how I was doing it.
When you have no structure, you:
➤ DM randomly
➤ Send 20 DMs a day, hoping one sticks
➤ Chase prospects with no context
When you have structure, you:
➤ DM when there’s a trigger
➤ Send relevant messages
➤ Follow up with purpose
➤ Lead with something useful instead of a pitch
➤ Review what's working and improve every week
That's exactly how I've booked 20–30 meetings every month, finished as a top rep, and helped drive multiple record months at Outbound OS.
If you want the exact templates + frameworks I used to book all 32 meetings:

→ Comment “CHAT”
I’ll send everything straight to your inbox.
P.S. If you are an SDR/AE and want our support building an Outbound System that books 20+ meetings a month through cold outbound, send me “OS” and I’ll share the details of our program

The best SDR I've ever met made over $10k in commission from a single deal.
All while travelling the world as a digital nomad.
She sent fewer emails.
Made fewer calls.
Sent fewer DMs
And somehow.
She was still #1 on the leaderboard almost every month.
Her work ethic was insane.
She always made sure every prospect was an insanely good fit before reaching out.
The right company.
The right role.
The right industry.
The right region.
The right company size.
The right tech stack.
She was constantly reviewing closed-won deals and customer calls to look for patterns.
Then she'd go out and find companies and people with those same problems.
Meanwhile, I was focused on volume.
More emails.
More calls.
More DMs.
More activity.
I thought being busy would help me hit quota.
It didn't.
Today, I do the opposite.
I spend more time making sure I'm reaching the right people.
And once I've found the right fit, I use FullEnrich to make sure I have verified contact information.
Because all the work that goes into finding the perfect prospect is wasted if you can't actually reach them.
Sometimes the biggest improvement in outbound isn't sending more.
It's being more intentional.

If you run an agency or work in GTM, this could be an opportunity to earn more $$$.
You get paid to deploy AI employees to work inside real businesses.
Most businesses want to use AI, but very few know how to deploy it properly or connect it to their existing tools.
That’s where you come in.
Learn viktor.com, understand how to connect it to different business tools, then charge clients to set it up for them.
You earn from the client and from Viktor too.
Honestly, this feels like an easy add-on service for agencies already helping businesses with GTM.

I came into sales for the money
I never worked for a promotion.
I worked to make more money.
Every month, my focus was simple:
• Book more qualified meetings.
• Generate more revenue.
• Make huge comms
Funny enough
That's exactly what led to my promotion.
Today, I'm excited to share that I've been promoted to BDM Team Lead at Outbound OS.
Now my goal isn't just to hit my own number.
It's to help others hit theirs too.
Huge thanks to Aaron Reeves and the entire Outbound OS team for trusting me with this opportunity.
To every rep grinding right now
Chase the results, not the title.
The title usually follows. 🚀

Startup sales:
No process. No playbook. No onboarding.
Just vibes and a quota that keeps changing 😂
Sales at a bigger company:
Process. Playbooks. Forecasting. CRM updates.
And 17 meetings about the meetings.
Both will test you in different ways.
One throws you in the deep end and hopes you swim.
The other buries you in process and hopes you don't drown.
Neither is easy.
Some reps thrive in startups and hate bigger companies.
Others need structure and can't stand startup chaos.
And honestly, some environments will set you up to fail regardless of how good you are.
The reps who've done both
They're usually the most dangerous ones in the room.
Which environment made you a better seller?
