I’d like to take a break from regular programming and talk about something else. Can we talk about women who wear MANY hats? Because whew, some women are living multiple lives in one lifetime! Today, I want to celebrate my friend, Tobi Oloko! A supermodel gracing international runways, a professional in Revenue Operations (RevOps), and a founder building her own modelling agency. Tobi Oloko, babe, how many hats are we wearing? But seriously, one thing I admire is seeing women explore different sides of themselves without allowing one career, title, or expectation to put them in a box. You can be creative and corporate. You can build a career and build a business. You can have big dreams beyond what people already know you for. You are allowed to be more than one thing! And while wearing many hats can be exciting, let's be honest, it can also be exhausting. Some days, you're thriving; other days, you're wondering how you're going to get everything done. But that's why we need to celebrate people while they're still building, not just when they've finally made it. Tobi, I see you, I celebrate you, and I'm rooting for everything you're becoming. May God continue to strengthen you, bless the work of your hands, and give you the grace to navigate every season. Ladies, here's your reminder that you don't have to shrink yourself to fit into one box. And please, let's get better at celebrating our friends out loud! There's room for all of us to win. #WomenSupportingWomen #MultifacetedWomen #WomenInBusiness #WomenInTech #RevOps #FemaleFounders #CareerGrowth #PersonalBranding #WomenWhoDoItAll #CelebrateYourFriends
Are an AE and a BDR the same thing? Get in here, let’s talk! An AE (Account Executive) and a BDR (Business Development Representative) both contribute to revenue, but they have different responsibilities. * BDR: Focuses on prospecting, reaching out to potential customers, and creating sales opportunities. * AE: Focuses on understanding customer needs, running sales conversations, negotiating, and closing deals. Think of it this way: the BDR helps open the door, while the AE works to turn the opportunity into a paying customer. Of course, responsibilities can overlap depending on the company. But what do you think? Can an AE and a BDR be considered the same thing? Let’s hear your thoughts in the comments! 👇🏽 #TechSales #AccountExecutive #BDR #SalesDevelopment #GTM #SalesCareers
SDR vs BDR: What’s the actual difference? If you’ve ever heard these terms and wondered what they mean, let’s break them down! * SDR (Sales Development Representative) SDRs focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. They help determine if a prospect is a good fit and book meetings for Account Executives to close the deal. * BDR (Business Development Representative) BDRs often focus on outbound prospecting. They research potential customers, reach out through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and create new sales opportunities. Here’s a simple way to remember it: * SDRs qualify leads and book meetings. * BDRs often focus on finding and generating new opportunities. Both roles support the sales pipeline, and their responsibilities can overlap depending on the company. Now you know! For those in tech sales, did you know the difference before now? #TechSales #SDR #BDR #SalesDevelopment #BusinessDevelopment #GTM #SalesCareers
