  • Bucketlist check: presenting in a cinema 🎬 Yesterday we got to speak in front of 200 students of Erasmus University, in the technology and AI track. My topic: why context matters in the era of AI AI can only reason well, decide sensibly and act reliably when it has context. It becomes truly powerful once it understands the operational reality behind the data. That's why we put context at the center of everything we do at Apolix across three disciplines that only work when they work together: Process intelligence, to reveal how work actually happens. Process excellence, to embed new ways of working. AI and orchestration, to automate execution at scale. But the room was full of data science and marketing students, so we didn't stop at the framework. We also told them about our stormtrooper campaign. Because here's the thing about marketing: nobody remembers another product feature. They remember the absurd: "Useless absurdity will define you more than useful practicalities." - Steven Bartlett That's exactly what we've found. The stormtrooper didn't explain what we do. He made people curious enough to ask. 200 students, one cinema, and a reminder that the boldest ideas rarely look sensible at first. Thanks for having us, MAEUR - Marketing Association EUR !

  • The most expensive process gap is often not the one inside a workflow. It is the gap between the teams trying to improve it: BPM teams define how a process should work; Process Intelligence teams reveal how it actually works. Both are right. Yet when they operate separately, organizations end up with beautifully designed processes that struggle in the real world. And then, there is AI that should solve it all 😄 That is why I am looking forward to All about Process Management in Stuttgart, where Women in Process Mining (WIPM) will bring leading voices together to discuss what happens when these disciplines finally connect! On September 30th, our panel will get practical about: - where BPM and Process Intelligence create real value together - when does process data actually move the needle - how can organizations work together to improve processes at scale This will be enriched with real life use cases that tell us how all of this fits into the AI narrative and what we need to keep in mind to make it a success. On day 2, October 1st, we will gather for the WIPM Business Lunch to exchange ideas with women and leaders across the community 🧡 Excited to do this together: Dr. Solange Goßmann Monika Leitner Dr. Elizaveta Winter Greta Maier Kamila Góra Ronja Bakilam Nsangong Sharon Joseph & many more

  • Everyone's talking about Enterprise AI right now. I got asked to share my take on it in a short video. A few things I believe firmly: - AI is the change maker that turns ideas into action. - Process visibility is the crucial foundation to make business decisions. - When it comes to ROI: first start with one small, clearly scoped business case, ideally where it really hurts the business. Prove the value there, then scale it up until you reach true end-to-end visibility. Thanks 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀 for the chance to share these thoughts & excited to keep building on this with 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘅!
