AI agencies & B2B consultancies: a LinkedIn that brings you buyers and outreach that lands | Tech entrepreneur who turns LinkedIn into done-for-you allbound system
AI automation agencies build pipelines for everyone except themselves. You ship workflows that book calls for your clients. Your own calendar runs on referrals and whoever happens to remember you. The founders who win on LinkedIn are rarely the best operators. They are the ones whose expertise is shown where their buyers can see it. Hi, I am Kaloyan 👋. Tech entrepreneur and LinkedIn expert with one eye on the start-up ecosystem in Europe and Silicon Valley. I run both halves of LinkedIn, because neither works properly alone. Inbound: positioning that makes it obvious who you are for, content your buyers follow, and a profile that reads like an offer. Buyers who have never heard of you start finding you. Outbound: we agree on exactly who your buyers are, down to the signals that identify them, and I go to those people directly. Not cold. They land on a profile that is already active and already saying something worth reading. That is the part most people get wrong. Cold outreach fails because there is nothing behind the message. When the content and the profile are doing their job, the same message gets accepted and answered at several times the rate cold outreach reaches. I have measured this on my own profile against the published platform averages, and it is not close. Content alone makes you wait months for compounding. Outreach alone gets ignored. Together they start conversations in weeks, and each month they run, they compound. I have run this on my own profile for two years. Roughly 3 million impressions a year that have brought me multiple five-figure clients without ads and without cold email. The posts are dated. Done-for-you. Built around your voice, your offer, your buyers. You show up to the conversations - I handle everything before that point. To keep the good quality up, I work with a small group of founders at a time. My approach works best for AI and automation agencies, fractional CTOs, RevOps and go-to-market consultancies. Those are founders selling something worth more than €10,000 to a buyer who is already on LinkedIn. If your buyers aren't on LinkedIn, I'll tell you on the call. If your calendar is quiet, let's talk. DM me the word "SYSTEM".

I just hit 7,777 followers - time to reintroduce myself. Hi everyone, I am Kaloyan 👋, 19 - Founder, builder, and someone who believes 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀. Here is a quick version of my story, and what I am doing now: Everything started when I was 17 organizing one of the biggest hackathons in Bulgaria with 400+ students. Since then I worked in one of the best AI startups in the country, helped with the biggest AI community in Europe, and co-founded the first quantum and deep-tech community in Bulgaria. Last year I built my own AI tool that won the national BAIT award for Young IT Specialist of the Year. Now I run Kalitora by helping B2B tech founders build strong personal brand on LinkedIn that attracts their ideal clients and builds the trust before the first sales call. I also help them with their content strategy, copywriting and running the warm outreach campaigns, so they can focus on building the product and growing the business. When I look back at everything I have done, I realize that all came from my interest of being active part of the tech ecosystem in Bulgaria and Europe. This is the reason why I love to write about those topics, meet other founders, attend events, and share my learnings with the community. I believe that 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 as a community and tech ecosystem. Outside work, I still love football. Played for 9 years, I am a big Liverpool FC fan, never miss a match. Lately I've fallen in love with running too - most evenings I head to the park and reset my mind with a few kilometers. Thanks to everyone who follows me or has supported me along the way. Nine months ago I set myself a goal: 10,000 followers by the end of this year. I'm at 7,777 now, a bit over three months left. 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻. P.S. I will be very thankful to anyone who reposts this, or shares it with someone who might find it interesting. It helps me reach more people and build a bigger community :)
I have never been able to sit still and do nothing! People have been telling me to slow down for most of my life, and they meant it kindly. I tried it a few times and I was worse for it. Here is what I actually worked out. Every place I have been gave me room to run. My school let me organize a hackathon with five hundred people. Juma had a bar sitting well above where I was standing. All of my colleagues were exceptional. I think that is the point that raised my own bar - I was surrounded by people who were proactive, and I had to be too. I could work as hard as I liked, and the result still didn't belong to me. That is normal and completely fair. It just stopped being enough for me. 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲. No employer can hand that over. However much room they give you, somebody else still decides what good enough looks like. If you are built like this too, you probably worked out a while ago that no job was going to hold it.
Small ideas are harder to build than big ones! Founders pick them anyway, because small feels safe. There is a company called Starcloud that wants to move most of the world's data centers into orbit. Y Combinator turned them down twice. When they finally got in, they left that part out of the application, because it sounded ridiculous and they were embarrassed by it. YC told them to put it back. Here is the argument for putting it back, and it has nothing to do with courage. A hard problem is a filter. If the hard part works, everything downstream gets easier. Hiring gets easier, Money gets easier, and so does attention, because nobody writes about the fourth tool in a category. A small idea inverts all of that. It is quick to build, and then you spend every day afterwards fighting for customers who have nine other options. So the real choice is between technical risk and market risk. Only one of those gets cheaper as you get better at your job. Two years on, Starcloud is worth 𝟮.𝟯 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀, Nvidia is an investor, and Amazon is flying its own hardware on their satellite next month. Most people are not too ambitious. They are quietly describing a smaller company than the one they want to build. P.S. This story reminds me of EnduroSat and their vision to make space accessible to everyone. They are not far off either.
