A stranger commented “PLAYBOOK” under one of my LinkedIn posts on a random Tuesday. I DM’d them. We were on a call by Thursday. The following week, they were talking to my team about a real deal. That happened 75+ times in 90 days. ₹4L+ in pipeline. Zero ad spend. Zero cold-outbound tools. Here’s what nobody tells you: I’m not a “growth guru.” I’d never even worked in the industry I was writing for. I was simply the marketer at a company I’ve since left. My job was straightforward: Write something specific enough that the right stranger raises their hand. They comment a word. I take it from there. That’s the mechanism. A LinkedIn post isn’t just content. It’s a filter. It identifies who has the problem, who is interested, and who is ready to talk — before you ever send a message. I eventually realised the filter was the actual asset. Not the job. Now I build LinkedIn content + B2B lead-generation systems for founders, consultants, and B2B agencies who don’t have time to build them themselves. → LinkedIn content strategy & ghostwriting → High-intent hooks that attract potential buyers → DM-to-call handoff scripts & outbound sequences → Cold email + LinkedIn outbound systems → Apollo + Sales Navigator + AI prospecting workflows One fixed engagement. You walk away owning the system — without being locked into another retainer. I also run full-cycle B2B outbound for clients: Prospecting → outreach → discovery calls → closing. Currently working across manufacturing, exports, and professional services using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoho CRM. If your LinkedIn posts are getting likes but no DMs, your content probably isn't the problem. Your filter is. DM me with what you're trying to book meetings for. I'll tell you whether this approach makes sense for you. Open to: B2B lead generation projects LinkedIn content & ghostwriting Outbound consulting Full-time growth / BD roles

I used to think fractional ownership was simply about making expensive assets affordable. Buy a smaller piece. Invest less. Own a fraction. Simple enough. But the more I learned about it, the more I realized that the interesting part isn't the fraction. It’s the ownership behind it. If I invest in a fraction of a real-world asset, what exactly do I own? What rights come with that ownership? How is the asset held? Who protects the investor? And perhaps most importantly — can I trust the structure behind it? That’s where I think the conversation around fractional ownership needs to go next. Because technology can make investing more accessible. But accessibility without transparency can create more questions than answers. And as real-world assets move into digital formats, regulation becomes just as important as technology. We're moving from: Can I afford the whole asset? to: Can I securely and transparently own a part of it? That shift is much bigger than I initially thought. And honestly, the more I explore this space, the more I believe we're only seeing the beginning of what digital ownership can become. This is a conversation worth having with the right people around the table. Our Squad Group #Tokeinvest #Silver #RealworldAssets #DigitalAssets #UAE #fractionalownership #RWA #DMCC
I thought fractional ownership was just another buzzword that made me scratch my head. But having a finance background always makes things a little less complex for me. When Shane first spoke to me, I had no idea what fractional ownership actually was. And more importantly, I didn't understand why it even existed. Why would someone want to own just a fraction of an asset? The more I understood it, the more interesting it became. Because this isn't just about owning a smaller piece of something. It's about how investing is evolving around the world. For years, when we thought about investing, we mostly thought about stocks, bonds, real estate, gold and similar traditional assets. But investing is becoming more accessible. You don't always have to buy the entire asset anymore. You can own a fraction of it. And that changes the way we think about ownership, access and investing. It's not just: “What can I invest in?” It's also: “What can I actually own?” That's what made fractional ownership so interesting to me... #FRACTIONALOWNERSHIP #SILVERBAR #DIGITALASSETS
A 1,971 kg silver bar is being tokenized in Dubai. And honestly, my first thought was… who is actually going to buy this? Because buying a physical silver bar comes with lots of hassle, like storage, security and, obviously, the amount of money and it involves. But that's the best part of tokenization. The silver stays physically stored, while ownership can be divided into smaller digital units. So instead of needing to buy the entire bar, investors can potentially get exposure to a fraction of it. But it’s not just about putting an asset on a blockchain. It’s about making assets that are difficult to access more accessible. The more I looked into this, the more interesting it became. You’re not necessarily buying a digital asset with nothing behind it. The idea is that there’s a real physical asset sitting in custody behind the token. Of course, the actual custody, legal rights and structure matter. You still have to do your homework and should get the right consultation before putting money into it. But honestly, this is where RWA tokenization starts making a lot more sense to me. Would you consider owning a fraction of a physical silver bar? #silverbar #tokenization #realworldasset #fractionalownership #digitalasset #Dubai #India
