About Leszek Lammel

AI GTM Operations | Practical AI Implementations

My OpenSource projects: - Clay automation agent: https://github.com/leszek-backpack/rex I help B2B revenue teams turn scattered AI usage into GTM systems they own. Most teams I work with are past the "should we use AI" question. A founder runs research through Claude. A sales op pastes account notes into ChatGPT. A marketer pulls angles, someone automates Clay. The context lives in one person's head and dies when they're on PTO. The workflow changes every run. Quality control happens late, after the mistake. The work I do is the operating layer that turns that mess into something the team runs end to end. I map the GTM workflow with the team, build the agents and deterministic steps around it, install context the agents can use, add human QA on the important 10-20%, and hand it back as a system the team owns. A six-week build sprint is usually the right shape. The team leaves with reusable agents, workflow docs, review habits, and the foundation to extend the system without me. Where the work shows up most: signal and intent pipelines, outbound and ABM execution, account intelligence and buyer mapping, interactive sales assets, marketing and content operations, customer success workflows, and the agent infrastructure underneath all of it. The point is a revenue team that builds, reviews, and ships faster than it could six months ago. If you have one messy GTM workflow that still lives in prompts, tabs, and manual handoffs - that's where to start. lammel.ai

  • I qualified to Clay Cup semifinals! Now watch me speed run a Clay campaign while cycling Col du Galibier in the French Alps 🏔️ 👉 Elapsed time: 40 minutes 51 seconds 👉 Calories burnt: 367 👉 Elevation: 401 meters 👉 Qualified contacts found: 500 👉 Total cost: $5 I stumped upon Palette's funding announcement ( 👏 Lars Ettrup) and figured they'd be a good fit for a morning cycle outbound campaign. The flow is as follows: → Get freshly hired AI enablement and Product folks at SMB B2B SaaS → Enrich their LinkedIn profiles and validate they have an internal AI mandate → Enrich and qualify their companies looking for extra buying signals → Write personalized, 2-step LinkedIn copy Couldn't do it without my friend OpenAI 🤝 Next up: rolling Sushi while building a campaign with voice only PS. Munnawar Hashim Owen Ciha hope the Clay Cup semifinals round requires AT LEAST a 25 km/h pace on flat

  • I’m in the top 4 Clay builders worldwide. My secret Clay tech? Always-on campaigns that run for almost free, thanks to Clay’s massive database of people, companies and jobs, plus the power of Claygent paired with GPT-5.6 Luna. Whether the signal is a new joiner or a company hiring for a specific role, you can build workflows that contact the right people almost immediately after a buying signal appears. Imagine this: 👉 A company posts a GTM job with a mandate to evaluate and implement a parallel dialing solution. 👉 The workflow reads the job description, qualifies the company and identifies the likely buyer. 👉 Five minutes later, their VP RevOps is in your Instantly / HeyReach sequence, receiving an offer for a free pilot and a customized Nooks / Orum setup With Rex, my open-source Clay agent and unofficial API wrapper, you can get a workflow like this running in 20 minutes and start reaching qualified accounts from day one. I’m very bullish on Clay. I think it’s the best marketing tool on the planet, and it gets better every day. Yesterday, Josh Whitfield sold me on the magic of Workflows. That conversation made me realize this is the horse I want to bet on. The pricing... doesn’t really matter once you calculate the ROI. I’d take the observability and ease of setup every day of the week over maintaining another custom-stitched Claude pipeline. On top of that, Claygent is the best GTM research tool I’ve used. Paired with GPT-5.6 Luna, the almost 10-prompt qualification pipeline behind this campaign costs us $0.008 per lead. At our current rate of one interested reply per 85 leads, that’s $0.68 in AI spend per interested reply. For agencies, Clay is great. For mid-market+ companies, it’s a no-brainer.

  • OpenAI just dropped GPT-6 Astra, and I'll say what most people are too cautious to: this is the biggest thing happening in our lifetime, and most of the world is asleep at the wheel. GPT-5.6 Sol was two months ago. Two. My workflows from a year ago ran on Gemini 2 Flash and they're already a joke. This curve isn't slowing down, it's going vertical. OpenAI is now openly saying "AGI era." Their own definition: "highly autonomous systems that outperform humans at most economically valuable work." Watch what Astra does with a computer on its own, and tell me that's far off. It isn't. The part that actually gets me: this is moving faster than any of us can adapt to. Not in ten years. Now. The gap between people building with this today and people waiting to "see how it plays out" is about to become uncrossable. So I'll be blunt. If you're not learning and building with this right now, you're choosing to be left behind. Switch to Codex, start today, thank me later 😉 This isn't another tool cycle. It's the one that reorganizes everything. PS. It's not yet rolled out to end-users, should be in a couple of days.
