Global Marketing & Content Leader | Building AI-Native Marketing Systems & Content at Scale | Ex-OKX / Alibaba / Ledger | Scaled Brands $0→$10M+
I help marketing teams build AI-powered GTM systems with Claude. In 15 years across Alibaba, OKX, Ledger, and monbento, I've scaled brands from $0 to $10M+ — across Asia and Europe. I led a 70-person team. I built a 500K+ community from scratch. I grew OSL's traffic 3X in 3 months. Now I do the same thing, but at machine speed. I'm a Fractional CMO who builds the system, not just the strategy. Every client I work with gets: → A Claude AI workflow custom-built for their GTM → Content engines, brand positioning, and social frameworks that run on AI → The East × West intelligence I bring from operating in 30+ countries Not as a consultant watching from the sidelines. As the operator in the room — setting up the tools, training the team, delivering numbers. Most marketers use AI for prompts. I use it to build full marketing infrastructure. That's why teams come to me when they're ready to stop experimenting and start scaling. Track record: $10M+ exit · Ledger · OKX · OSL · monbento · Alibaba Top 2% LinkedIn · Top 3% RED Book · 1M+ organic impressions I take on a small number of clients at a time.

My 9-year-old daughter suddenly asked me today“Maman, is being an entrepreneur hard?” she asked. “Yes. Sometimes it is very hard. Some days, I wonder whether i can keep going.” She paused. “I want to help you. I have an idea. I’ll create a video game for Gut Power (the brand I work for). Everybody will go crazy for it—and the winners can taste the product for free.” 💚 “That,” I told her, “is actually a great idea.” At nine years old, she had just designed an entire marketing loop: Story → Game → Reward → Product trial No jargon. No 70-slide strategy deck. 😂 So that is how we spent our Saturday: vibe-coding the Gut Power game. With ChatGPT-6 Astra, she imagined: 🌍 Five different worlds 👾 Monsters, challenges and special powers 🦸 More than 20 characters 🌀 Mazes, shops and hidden adventures 🎨 Every tiny visual detail she could think of Then we used Claude Code Code to turn her drawings, characters and stories into a playable game. She was the creative director. AI was the production team. I was mostly trying to keep up. 😂 Here is what we created 👇 She didn’t learn to code in one day. She learned something even more powerful: An idea no longer has to remain trapped inside her imagination.
HYROX is maybe the hottest🔥 social media topic in China 🇨🇳today— a business reportedly valued at around €600 million. 🏁💰and an unfortunate incident happened. An elite athlete suffered bowel incontinence during the race and was not stopped from continuing across shared equipment. Before all that, I would like to acknowledged that HYROX as a masterclass in category design. 🧠 🏃 Runners had marathons and Strava. 🚴 Cyclists had races and climbs. 🥊 Boxers had bouts. 🏋️ Gym-goers trained just as hard — but had little universally understood proof beyond bodies, outfits, and numbers that meant nothing outside the gym. HYROX changed that. It gave millions of gym-goers: → A date to train towards → A standardised global format → A clock and a ranking → A finish line → A tribe and an identity → Something meaningful to share 📸 HYROX did not invent the exercises. It turned private effort into public status. Its original creation team was almost unfairly complementary: 🎟️ Christian Toetzke understood mass-participation events. 🥇 Moritz Fürste, a two-time Olympic field-hockey gold medallist, understood athletes and competition. 📣 Michael Trautmann, founder of ad agency thjnk, understood how to build a global brand. Event architecture. Athletic credibility. Brand storytelling. And the speed is the tell. CrossFit took ~20 years to build its global category (its affiliate model, its Games, ~10,000+ gyms). HYROX did it in ~8 — founded 2017, and by the 2025–26 season running 100+ events for 1.4 million participants. 🚀 Its capital strategy was equally disciplined 💰: First, prove the format locally. Then bring in institutional infrastructure — Infront invested in 2019, took majority in 2022. Then, on Sept 8, an L Catterton-led consortium (with WndrCo) helped the founders buy back majority control ,in a deal reportedly valuing HYROX at ~€600M. Proof → scale → founder-aligned ownership. And the model is built to spread. A gym becomes a HYROX Training Club for ~$1,500/year — brand + programming licensing, no equipment required. 🏋️ HYROX gets a capital-light, high-margin distribution network that grows itself. Every side wins. That's designed. And then, four days later, Beijing 🇨🇳 match happened. ⚠️ ⚠️ The medical incident was unpredictable. The next day, co-founder Moritz Fürste said it plainly: "We made a mistake by not reacting immediately." He apologised and announced immediate rule and process changes. That distinction matters: Protect the person. Own the system. Rewrite the rule. This is the beauty — and brutality🔪— of entrepreneurship. You can standardise a race across 30 countries 🌍. Reality will still find the one sentence missing from your rulebook. Great founders aren't judged by whether the unexpected happens. They're judged by how fast accountability enters the room.
Bye bye, CapCut? 👋🎬 Random footage in. Branded vlog out. 🎬 30 minutes from start to finish. My actual working time? Around 10 minutes. 😂 The recipe: 📸 Random videos and photos 📝 One clear brief 🧠 Our minimiil brand Skill 💻 Claude Code ⚡ Hyperframes The system selected the right workflow, followed our brand rules, and handled the cuts, motion, sound, rendering and quality checks. I made the creative decisions. AI handled most of the production. And this is only my first experiment. 👀 What tools are you using for video editing now? Comments are welcome ☺️
