About Maasandram Murali

AI Training Data Annotator | 98%+ Accuracy | NLP • Image • Text Classification

Every dataset I touch leaves cleaner than I found it. I annotate and validate AI training data at scale NLP, image classification, structured text currently with RWS Group and Innodata. Daily I process 200–300 samples, run QA audits on 500+ entries a week, and keep error rates under 2%. Not because someone's watching. Because bad data trains bad models, and I take that seriously. My background is electrical engineering, which means I think in systems. I spot where pipelines break, where inconsistencies compound, and where a tagging template can cut cycle time by 15% like it did at Innodata. Tools I work in daily: Multimango, SRT HELO, GALA, Squirrel, Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets. I've also spent 4+ years solving 5,000+ technical problems for engineering students across Chegg, Straive, and My Engineering Buddy so I'm comfortable reading dense guidelines, applying them precisely, and explaining decisions clearly. What I'm looking for: remote data annotation, RLHF training, or AI content QA roles where accuracy and throughput both matter. If that sounds like your team, reach me at [email removed] or connect here on LinkedIn. API 1 : sk-5utnXTyNNzULHs7XHmIjx8DAch5jauQZWUTDwjMt2dxXlOsO

  • From a Middle-Class Background to Building My Own Small Wins 💻📚 I come from a simple middle-class family where every small achievement feels like a big milestone. During my college days, while many people were only focusing on academics, I was also working hard to support myself and reduce the burden on my family. I started doing freelancing and part-time online work alongside my studies. It was not easy to balance everything, and sometimes people even laughed at my efforts. But I stayed focused on my goals. Through my consistent hard work, I was able to achieve things step by step: • I earned my first fridge, laptop, and mobile phone through my work with Chegg India. • Later, through Innodata Inc., I managed to buy another laptop and a brand-new mobile. • With the support of My Engineering Buddy opportunities, I was able to purchase a television. • Through RWS Group projects, I also earned some financial stability and even invested in gold. These may look like small material things, but for me they represent discipline, struggle, independence, and responsibility towards my family. I am sharing this not to show off, but to remind myself and others that consistent effort, skill development, and patience can slowly change our situation. My journey is still in progress. I am continuing to learn, grow, and create better opportunities for my future. If you are also working silently towards your goals keep going. One day your small steps will tell a powerful story. #Freelancing #StudentLife #CareerGrowth #SelfMade #MiddleClassJourney #HardWorkPaysOff #job #Haring

  • 55% 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞. 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. Recruiters rejected my profile so fast, I think some of them used automation before I even entered AI. 😂 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒆, 𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒔 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆:- “Study transformers.” “Study motors.” “Study power systems.” 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐭:- I ended up training AI models instead of electrical machines. But the funny part? That “𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡” actually worked. It led me to opportunities with RWS Group, Innodata Inc., Straive, My Engineering Buddy, Chegg Inc., Scale AI, and Deccan AI Turns out my EEE knowledge didn’t go to waste. While others were just labeling data I actually understood the systems, logic, technical workflows, and problem-solving behind it. Engineering didn’t give me the perfect campus placement. But it trained my brain to survive complex work. Percentage didn’t define me. Consistency did. So if you're a fresher getting rejected right now Your degree may not be useless. You might just be applying it in a market your college never prepared you for. 🔥 Drop a 🔁 if your career path also made absolutely no sense at first. 😄 #Innovation #HumanResources #Technology #Management #DigitalMarketing #Futurism #Entrepreneurship #Startups #ArtificialIntelligence #AI ##FutureOfWork #Hiring #Immediately

  • I come from a farming background 🌾 In 2025, I completed my B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. During my journey, I didn’t follow just one path. 𝑺𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒆 2024, 𝑰’𝒗𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒘𝒐 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒅𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔: • Farming — which taught me patience, discipline, and respect for hard work • Freelancing — which taught me skills, independence, and problem-solving in the real world Managing both hasn’t been easy, but it has shaped who I am today. Now I’m at a stage where I’m pausing, reflecting, and asking myself an h̳o̳n̳e̳s̳t̳ ̳q̳u̳e̳s̳t̳i̳o̳n̳:̳ 𝐈𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐲? I’m not in a rush. I’m thinking long-term. I believe clarity matters more than speed. If you’ve walked a similar path balancing background, skills, and ambition I’d truly appreciate your perspective. Sometimes the most important step in a career is stopping to think.
