Founder @ Madgrowth, Mazo, Favorite People | building and scaling internet businesses and helping leaders in tech do the same | ex-googler, investor and startup advisor
I start and grow businesses. SaaS, ecommerce, marketplaces, advisory, and digital products. After 10+ years operating inside tech companies — scaling teams, building products, and leading growth — I realized something: Most operators create massive value. But they don’t own the upside. So I started building my own portfolio of businesses. Today I’m a multipreneur and the founder of Madgrowth, where I help leaders in tech turn their expertise into independent income streams and founders build GTM from 0 to $10M. The goal isn’t more hustle. It’s ownership and freedom. Build assets, have a portfolio of businesses. Create leverage and own your time. Operator → Owner. Oh, and most importantly- I’m a proud mom of two, building a life where work revolves around my family, not the other way around.

365 days ago, I had 4,000 followers. Today I crossed 15,000. A lot of you are new here. So let me start over. I’m a mom of two, an ex-Googler, and an entrepreneur who’s never been able to sit still with just one thing to build. Right now, that looks like: - Advisory: helping 1) operators who’ve spent a decade inside someone else’s company start something that’s actually theirs, and 2) early stage startup founders get to $1M in revenue with go-to market strategies - Newsletter: 800+ subscribers. The real side of building a business: growth numbers, reflections, mistakes, wins and doubts - Speaking, conferences, workshops, and educational programs - Mazo: a SaaS I vibe-coded, helping B2B SaaS companies with GTM from $0 to $2M ARR - Favorite People: co-founded an ecom brand on the road to $3M a year It’s the shape I wanted my career to take. Busy, ambitious, free and entirely mine. I write about building a portfolio of internet businesses, startup growth strategy, AI in the actual day-to-day of running businesses, and what it actually takes to trade a corporate career for one you own. Glad you’re here for it. PS: If any of that sounds like where you’re headed, the newsletter is the best place to follow along. Link in bio.
I quit a job in crypto while 6 months pregnant. I didn't have anything else lined up. It wasn't really about crypto anymore. The culture had stopped matching my values, so I decided I couldn't stay there, even though staying would have been the safer move. That's one of the stories I told on Capital de Ideias, Jornal PT50 and Santander's podcast. We also talked about what being rich meant to me growing up versus now. Today I think of it as being able to choose how I spend my time, without asking anyone's permission. Money alone doesn't get you there. What it does is open up options, and it's on you to actually use them. Money is a tool, not the goal. They also asked what I learned building my own companies that I never learned at Google. At Google I learned process, structure, how to move inside a big organization. Running your own thing is close to the opposite: cash flow, accounting, building an MVP with almost no capital nor resources. I went from partner manager on the YouTube team to CEO of my first startup within months, and nothing about the first job prepared me for the second. Looking back, I'd have started investing years earlier, build and tested a lot more, and built my personal brand long before I actually did. Full episode in portuguese here: https://lnkd.in/ektpPfQk PS: I write about building a portfolio of businesses every week. Link to my newsletter in bio.
Last week Santander and Jornal PT50 put a mic in front of me and asked how I think about money. - Where do you invest? - Where do you spend the most? - What's the biggest belief about money that you've changed your mind on? - What does wealth mean to you today? - How important is diversification and having multiple income streams? - What's more valuable to you: growth or peace of mind? - Is there anything you never try to save money on? - What's the riskiest career decision you've made so far? - Which economic or technological trends make you the most optimistic? - What advice would you give a 25-year-old who wants to build wealth? ...and many others. Great conversation, that I'll soon share here. The short version, before the full answers: wealth stopped being a number for me a while ago. It's control over where I put my time. Money buys options, not freedom. Freedom comes from designing your life around what actually matters, and money is the tool for that, never the goal. PS: If you're an experienced leader in tech who'd love to monetize your knowledge or build a portfolio of businesses but isn't sure where to start, feel free to DM me.
