As the Founder & CEO of Noir Mining Group, I lead the company’s vision, strategic growth, and business development initiatives within the drilling, blasting, and mining sector. My focus is on building innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions while establishing a strong presence in the mining industry through operational excellence and high-performance project delivery. In addition to this role, I serve as the COO of Tropicana A&L Mining, where I oversee the daily operations of large-scale mining projects across Kosovo and North Macedonia. I am responsible for ensuring efficiency, safety, and profitability while managing administrative, financial, and human resource functions across the business. I have successfully implemented Six Sigma methodologies and obtained Black Belt certification to improve operational quality, productivity, and process optimization within mining operations. I am also the Co-Founder of NOIR sh.p.k., a retail and wholesale company supplying high-quality products to local and international markets. Through strong leadership, business development, and operational management, I have focused on building sustainable businesses and long-term partnerships.
