About Natalia Mallozzi

I work with freight and logistics companies to modernize the quote-to-invoice process, so their teams spend less time on data entry and more time moving freight. Rose Rocket is an AI-native TMS designed to be your company's single source of truth. My role involves a mix of partnerships, outreach, and market research, which allows me to identify exactly where a business's workflow is breaking down. I have the pleasure of talking to all kinds of companies, from carriers and shippers to brokerages of every size. Each has its own way of operating, and it's fascinating to see that uniqueness translate into how their platform is structured. I approach these challenges with the technical foundation of an MBA in Data Analytics and the persistence I developed as a NCAA Academic All-American student-athlete. I enjoy the process of building from the ground up and am always happy to connect!

  • So happy to have attended TruckWorld 2026! Last week, I spent time at Canada's largest truck show in Mississauga and left with a renewed appreciation for just how fast our industry is moving. A few highlights: Got behind the wheel of the Tesla Semi- Tesla's newest electric Class 8 truck, built with autonomy in mind and shipping with Enhanced Autopilot as standard. The Long Range variant delivers 500 miles on a single charge, 800 kW of drive power, and charging that recovers 60% of range in 30 minutes. Active safety controls on the independent motors and wheels can even detect and prevent jackknifing. Took Volvo's all-new VNL for a spin in VR- the safety story is so impressive. It contains the The Volvo Active Driver Assist Plus with Pilot Assist (active lane centering), pedestrian detection, automated emergency braking, and an industry-first standard integrated side-curtain airbag that just earned an HDT 2025 Top 20 Product award. Add the bonded panoramic windshield and up to 10% better fuel efficiency than the previous model, and it's a huge leap forward for long-haul. Caught up with the team at ISAAC Instruments, one of our integration partners at Rose Rocket. Always great to connect in person with the people building the in-cab tech our shared customers rely on every day. The trucks, the tech, the people- what an awesome day! The future of trucking is safer and more connected than ever, and I'm excited to keep building at Rose Rocket alongside partners pushing the industry forward.

  • Most freight companies run on email. A load comes in. Someone reads it, pulls out the details, and types them into the system. Then the next one. Then the next one. It's not a bad process. It's just a manual one. Manual processes have a ceiling- the number of orders you can move is tied directly to the number of people doing the typing. Email-to-order automation changes that math. The email comes in. The order gets created. No one had to touch it. That's removing an entire step from the front end of every single load. At volume, it's hours back per day. It's the difference between needing another person to handle growth and not. The freight industry runs on data that already exists in the inbox. The question is whether someone is manually moving it into the system, or whether the system is doing it automatically. Most operators are still doing it manually. Not because they prefer it; because they didn't know there was another way.

  • What if you left a conference with an actual fix to your problem- not a brochure? That's what Rose Rocket is building at TIA Conference in Phoenix, we'll be there at booth 807 making it happen. It's called the Build Board. You share what's broken. We build it on our platform, live at the show. Operators heading to Phoenix- DM me before you land. Tell me what's slowing your team down. Our team can't wait to meet you all! #FreightTech #TIA #Trucking #Logistics #SupplyChainTech
