Program Management | Operational Excellence | Mobility, Automotive & Supply Chain | Cost Optimization & Process Improvement | PMP® | Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Hello, I am a Program Management and Operational Excellence professional with 9 years of experience across mobility, automotive, logistics, and supply chain environments. Throughout my career, I have worked on complex operational problems where strategy needs to translate into measurable execution, from improving cost structures and partner economics to building new operating models, optimizing processes and managing cross-functional programs. My experience spans AUTO1 Group, CARS24, Unacademy, Dunzo, Shadowfax and EATCLUB, giving me exposure to different business models and stages of growth. Across these roles, the common thread has been solving operational problems using data, structured problem-solving, and close collaboration with product, operations, finance, and business teams. Some of the areas I have worked across include: • Program and project management • Operational and process excellence • Cost optimization and P&L improvement • Supply chain and logistics operations • Process design and continuous improvement • Cross-functional stakeholder management I recently completed my MSc in International Business Management in Germany, complementing my operating experience with a broader international business perspective. I am also a PMP® certified professional and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Currently based in Berlin and working in the automotive technology ecosystem, I am particularly interested in Program Management and Operational Excellence opportunities across mobility, automotive, logistics, and supply chain.

My August Recap - Am I eligible to call myself a LinkedIn Creator (budding)?? 😀 11 posts. 100K+ impressions. 542 new followers. No content strategy. No expectations. But the number I'm most interested in is: 92% of my impressions came from outside my network. I started August with a simple experiment: post more consistently and see what happens. Some posts went nowhere. Some did reasonably well. And one observation about the German job market completely changed the graph. The biggest thing I learned? People don't need another person on LinkedIn giving them generic advice. AI can probably do that better than I can. What I can bring is something AI doesn't have: My observations. My experiences. What I'm seeing around me. And my perspective on it. So that's what I want to experiment with in September. More about rebuilding my career and life as an expat. More about working and living in Germany. More things I'm noticing in business, technology, and everyday life. All while working, building things on the side, and occasionally disappearing somewhere into the Alps. 😄 Still experimenting. Let's see where September goes.
About a year ago, I started noticing something strange about job applications. Candidates were using AI to improve their CVs. Recruiters were using AI to screen those CVs. Candidates used AI to write cover letters. Recruiters used AI to shortlist candidates. Then candidates started using AI to prepare for interviews. And now AI can even conduct parts of the interview. At some point, we might achieve the perfect hiring process: Two AI agents having a great conversation about two humans who haven't met yet. 😄 Jokes aside, there is a real problem here. If everyone can create a perfectly tailored CV, cover letter and interview response, those things become weaker signals of who is actually good at the job. Maybe AI won't make hiring more automated forever. Maybe it eventually forces hiring to become more human again. More conversations. More proof of work. More referrals. More emphasis on what someone has actually built, solved or achieved. Because when everyone's application looks perfect, imperfection might become the most useful signal we have. #FutureOfWork #ArtificialIntelligence #Recruitment #Careers
Nobody: Dyson: “The toothbrush hasn’t been disrupted enough.” So naturally, I’m expecting: LiDAR to map every molar. AI to predict tomorrow’s cavities. Facial recognition so nobody else brushes on your subscription. A £149/month “Plaque+” plan to unlock the back teeth. And once brushing is complete? The app gives your mouth a cleanliness score of 73 and recommends upgrading to Dyson Teeth™. #Dyson #ProductDesign #TechHumor #Innovation
