Little life update 👋 Excited to share that I’ve joined GASAG Gruppe as a Werkstudent in Process Mining! 🎉 One week in, and I’m already diving into Celonis, process visualization, and how a company that powers Berlin’s gas and energy infrastructure thinks about optimizing complex operational workflows at scale. The best part? My second day on the job was the company summer party. Not some stiff meet-and-greet — real laughs, real conversations, people actually excited to know who I am. I walked in a stranger and walked out feeling like I’d known half the team for months. Grateful for the opportunity and looking forward to learning, contributing, and growing with the team at GASAG Gruppe . 🚀 #NewBeginnings #GASAG #GASAGgruppe #Berlin #Werkstudent #processmining #businessintelligence
I need to brag about someone for a second. My friend Bhumika Dobariya just did something most people only talk about doing. Two years ago, she started noticing a pattern. Every friend, every student, every newcomer she knew in Germany was stuck on the exact same problems. Doctors. Insurance. Tax letters. Driving schools. Simple things that somehow became impossibly complicated the moment you're new to a country and still learning the language. Instead of just complaining about it (like the rest of us do), she started building the fix. Quietly. Alone, at first. Late nights. Countless rebuilds. Zero shortcuts. 🚀 Today, that "someday" idea is a real, live app. It's called Welivin - one place for everything you need to settle into life in Germany, verified and in one app, instead of ten browser tabs and a group chat full of guesses. What gets me most isn't even the product. It's watching someone turn frustration into something this useful, this fast, without losing the plot on why she started. That's rare. That's real leadership.💪🏻 I already downloaded it myself, mostly out of curiosity about what she'd actually built after hearing about it for two years. It's good. Genuinely. If you're in Germany, give it a shot. And if you talk to her about it - tell her what you really think, not what's polite to say. That's the kind of feedback that actually helped her get here in the first place, and it's the kind that'll help her keep going. Proud of this one. 😇 👉🏻 https://lnkd.in/dszPF-8M #welivin #supportfounders #femalefounder #berlin #startup #inspiring
This photo is exactly where I realized: I’m done playing small. I didn’t wait to become older. I waited to become useful. I started building my company young — not because I had everything figured out. But because nobody told me I couldn’t. Standing next to the Berlin Wall today reminded me of something important: Most limitations in life are invisible walls we build in our own minds. And most people spend years waiting for someone to give them permission to walk past them. When I started: I had no network. No capital. No “experience.” Just YouTube, AI tools, curiosity, and the willingness to stay up until 3 AM learning skills I didn’t have yet. That was enough. Because here’s the truth: Most people fail because they wait too long to start. They wait for clarity. They wait for confidence. They wait for the “right time.” But clarity is something you earn on the journey — never before it. And confidence? It doesn’t arrive first. You build it by trying, failing, learning, and trying again. When you’re young, building is your biggest advantage: • You can experiment without fear • You can iterate faster than everyone else • You can move before overthinking stops you • You can fail and still be miles ahead If you feel “too early,” good. That is exactly when you’re supposed to begin. I’m still learning, still experimenting, still building my agency — The Social Founder — piece by piece. But I’ve stopped waiting for permission. If you’re reading this and sitting on an idea… Maybe this is your sign to start—before you think you’re ready. #founder #startup #entrepreuner #mindset #berlinwall #Berlin #Founderstory
