About Nish Dhakal

I create Integrated campaigns for global FMCG, consumer & Corporate B2B brands | Building awareness through creator led branded entertainment | Marketing strategist & Director at DAXiCon and E-I-C at Collection Magazine

I help brands turn social media into a revenue generating machine through creator led marketing campaigns. 99% of brands face the same 2 problems: - Ads aren’t converting profitably - Organic content isn’t driving real sales 4 year ago, I saw brands wasting budgets on bland content and overpriced influencers. Today, my agency builds high performing campaigns that blend social ads, influencer generated content (IGC), and user generated content (UGC) to drive sales. We take brands through our 5 part system: - Define your ideal audience & creators who actually influence them - Culture - Develop a content strategy that sells without looking like an ad - Content - Sprinkle creator led paid ads that convert at a lower CPA - Content - Scale high performing content across platforms - Community - Turn short term results into long term brand momentum - Commerce These are the 5 elements we’ve found actually move the needle in performance marketing. The system works. If you’re a brand looking to scale with a creator led approach, DM me or click 'Book an Appointment' at the top of my posts. :) Editor in Chief of Collection Magazine Entrepreneur and Consultant in independent business development and Growth Strategy Bsc(Hons) Forensic Science Property and Stock Investor

  • MAD//FEST London. Every year I’m reminded that opportunities rarely come from sitting behind a screen. They come from showing up. Three days of conversations, meetings, chance introductions and ideas that probably wouldn’t have happened anywhere else. Was mad hot! but no one cared. We were outside pitching, listening, learning and backing each other. That’s something I never take for granted. Everyone has their own ambitions, but being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see each other win is a rare thing. I’m lucky for the peers I have! The conversations that excite me most are the ones that don’t make sense at first. Different industries. Different people. Different perspectives. Then someone connects the dots, and suddenly a collaboration exists that nobody saw coming. That’s the real value of rooms like this. I left with more than a notebook full of ideas. I left with new relationships, stronger friendships, a clearer perspective and a reminder that momentum is built one conversation at a time. Let the follow ups begin haha Special shoutout to The CMO Circle Jermaine B. • The highlight for me SXSW London was Merck Mercuriadis and the revolutionary deals he’s done with Blackstone & Sony to set a new bar for artists & managers advocating ownership/parternships - He told me about Hipgnosis Artist Partnership (V2) his new venture and how it aligns with all the work we do to build creators & artists - legend to say the least

  • Four years in. One billion views. 30 clients served. And honestly, I think it’s important to stop for a second and celebrate that. I’ve been building with my core team for the last 10 years…producing campaigns, working with creators, and creating cultural activations with brands. Four years ago, we decided to officially bring that experience into the world through DX. I say WE very intentionally. Nothing great is built alone. When we started DX, we sat down as a team and wrote some targets on paper. Our 5 year milestone was: → 50 clients served → £500K in revenue → 1B social views generated for our clients We’re only 4 years in, and I’m incredibly proud to say that my team and I have already helped our clients generate over 1B social views and have served 30+ clients. So, we’re well on our way to not only hitting the milestone we gave ourselves, but hopefully exceeding what we thought was possible when we wrote it down four years ago. And that’s really why I’m celebrating today. Because behind every number are countless attempts. The pitches that didn’t land. The campaigns that didn’t work. The ideas that had to go back to the drawing board. The ventures and concepts we tried that never made it out of the room. You try. You fail. You learn. You try again. So when something does work, I think it’s important to consciously acknowledge it. Not because we’ve made it, we haven’t. But because it’s a reminder to ourselves and our team that these things aren’t down to luck. They come from consistency, collaboration, accountability, and taking responsibility for what you set out to achieve, especially when things get difficult. We still have a few milestones to hit before we have to sit down and write completely new ones for ourselves. But today, we celebrate this one. 📈🤎🔒 From the whole Daxicon team, thank you to every client, creator, partner, collaborator, friend and everyone who has supported the journey so far. We’ll keep creating impactful work, building with great people and creating more cultural moments for all of us here on Earth. Love, Nish 🎬 #milestone #production #creator #billion
