Freelance Klaviyo Consultant 💌 | Specialising in wellness + founder-led brands 🧘♀️ | Every Freelancer’s Big Sister™ 💕 | Professional dog mum + matcha maker 🍵
Hey, I’m Louise 👋 I create emails people actually want to scroll through 💌 I'm a freelance email marketing specialist, designer, copywriter & strategist - which basically means I can take the entire CRM process off your hands. From audits to strategy, BAU campaigns, copy, design, build... from the first idea to hitting send (and then obsessively checking the results afterwards). I've been lucky enough to work with brands including VITL, Elizabeth Scarlett, YETI, Beards & Daisies, BEAME, everystate, Rani & Co, SAIRA Skin, Zesty Paws, Aurelia Cellular and WOOWOO. And when I'm not knee-deep in Klaviyo, I'm usually oversharing on LinkedIn. Enough, apparently, to put me in the top 1% of creators on here with over 2M impressions in the past year ✨ Want to work together in some capacity? Drop me an email. 💌 [email removed]

Thinking about going freelance? If you’ve started putting it out there in conversations with friends and family, then I would bet good money at least one person by now has hit you with the: “But what are you going to do if it doesn’t work out?” 🤯 And do you know what you’ll do if it doesn’t work out? If you don’t get booked. If your work load dries up. If potential clients keep ghosting you. You’ll get a job. Just like the person who asked you this question has. Their plan A is your backup plan. So, why is there so much shame or worry associated with taking a risk on yourself? #freelancelife
Technically, I have unlimited holiday. But it’s actually never been harder for me to take time off. This weekend, I added on a couple of days holiday to go + visit one of my closest friends in Berlin. And honestly? It was JUST what I needed. Good food, good company, good conversation + just great vibes all round. But taking holiday can actually feel like a pain in the 🍑 when you work for yourself. Because there’s no one there to cover your workload. And, of course, it’s entirely unpaid 😅 I work on a combination of retainers + project work, so the way I manage time off tends to be two-fold. For some clients, there’s no real way around putting in extra time before I go away, I end up squeezing work into late nights or weekends so everything is done in advance. For others, I can simply let them know I’ll be away, and that’s that. Which means that, usually, in the run-up to a trip, I’m not really switching off and getting excited. I’m normally frantically working through a to-do list as long as my arm 😅 But I know that’s one of the trade-offs I make by choosing to be self-employed. Last year, I somehow managed to take an entire three weeks off in November. (Still not quite sure how I pulled that one off 😅) This year, though, I know the final few months are going to be about locking in and working HARD. And I’m okay with that. Life comes in seasons, and I’ve got some pretty big plans outside of work for 2027. So, for now, this was my last little trip before the hard work begins. And it was VERY needed.
