About Oghenetejiri Aganbi

Project Manager | Change Management, Adoption & Benefits Realisation | Risk Management & Governance | MSc. Artificial Intelligence

I am a Project/Transformation Manager with 6 years of experience delivering complex, data-intensive and technology-enabled programmes across healthcare, consulting, payments and business transformation. I help organisations translate ambiguous ideas into structured delivery programmes with clear scope, governance, ownership, milestones, risks, controls and measurable outcomes. My experience includes leading the end-to-end delivery of an NHS England-facing neonatal-care survey programme involving: • 11,000+ respondents • leadership of a five-person delivery team • collaboration across NHS stakeholders, operations and data-science teams • sensitive-data management and GDPR-aligned delivery • analysis translated into evidence-based recommendations I have also led & supported digital payments and business-transformation initiatives, coordinating product, engineering, QA, operations, senior stakeholders and third-party partners across requirements, Agile delivery, implementation and operational readiness. I am now specialising in AI-enabled transformation, AI project delivery, Responsible AI and AI governance. My focus is helping organisations move from AI ideas and experimentation to structured, governed and measurable implementation. I am currently developing a supervised AI governance pilot for Lonia Telemedicine, assessing proposed use cases in AI-assisted patient triage, clinical-note summarisation and internal productivity. The pilot uses synthetic or anonymised information and covers use-case prioritisation, AI risk assessment, human oversight, governance workflows, evaluation planning and implementation roadmaps. I bring experience across: AI Delivery | Technology Transformation | Digital Transformation | Programme and Project Management | Responsible AI | AI Governance | Data Governance | GDPR | Risk and Controls | Agile Delivery | Business Analysis | Requirements Management | Process Improvement | Stakeholder Management | Executive Reporting | RAID Management | Change Delivery | Benefits Realisation Tools and platforms I work with include Jira, Confluence,Trello, Notion,Power BI, Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Power automate, Azure DevOps, GitHub, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, n8n, Manus and other AI productivity tools.

  • A new chapter. Literally. 🖤 And hopefully, a way into AI for more women in Swindon. I’m excited to share that I’m officially the Swindon Chapter Lead for The AI Social. I meet so many women who are curious about AI, but aren’t quite sure where to start. And that reflects a wider gap: a 2026 global study found that men are around 22% more likely than women to use generative AI. Sometimes, all it takes is the right room - somewhere you can ask questions, try things, get things wrong and learn without feeling behind. That’s the kind of room I want us to build in Swindon. Whether you’re thinking: “I’ve never used AI before.” “I don’t know where to start.” “I’m curious, but I still have questions.” Or: “I already use AI and I want to go further.” There’s room for you. The AI Social launches this September, and I’d love to start finding our Swindon & Wiltshire community now. If you’re in Swindon or the surrounding area and want to be part of it from the beginning, comment SWINDON below or DM me “SWINDON” and I’ll keep you in the loop for our first events. And if you know a woman who should be in the room, send this to her or repost it. She might just be looking for somewhere to begin. 🖤 #TheAISocial #Swindon #WomenInAI #AICommunity

  • A friend recently told me something that stayed with me: “ChatGPT has made me brilliant at planning but worse at executing.” She could create detailed strategies, polished schedules and comprehensive action plans in minutes. But instead of making progress, she felt paralysed by all the possibilities. I think this is becoming one of the less-discussed risks of AI. AI can help us think faster, explore more options and produce better plans. But planning can also create the feeling of progress without the discomfort of actually doing the work. As a project manager—and in my personal life—I use four simple practices to stop planning from replacing execution: 1. Set a planning deadline I give planning a fixed amount of time. When the time is up, I make the best decision available and move. A good-enough plan in motion usually beats a perfect plan that never starts. 2. Identify the next physical action Not “work on the project.” Not “develop the strategy.” What is the next visible action? Send the email. Open the document. Book the meeting. Draft the first paragraph. Clarity at this level makes starting much easier. 3. Reduce the plan to three outcomes Long task lists make everything feel equally important. I ask: “What are the three things that would make today successful?” Anything beyond those three is optional until the important work is complete. 4. Review evidence, not intentions At the end of the day or week, I do not ask whether I felt productive. I ask: What did I finish? What changed because of my work? What is now unblocked? AI is an excellent thinking partner. But it cannot take responsibility for the moment when thinking must stop and action must begin. The goal is not to become better at producing plans. The goal is to produce results. How do you make sure planning does not become a substitute for execution? #AIProductivity #PlanningParalysis #GettingThingsDone #ProjectManagement

  • A small reminder, especially if you’re learning AI right now: It’s okay to be a beginner. It’s easy to forget that when your feed is full of people who seem to have already figured everything out. Prompts. Agents. Automations. New tools every week. But seeing what’s possible is not the same as knowing how to do it yourself. That part still takes time. So ask the basic question. Try the thing badly. Learn one bit at a time. You’re not behind because you’re starting. You’re starting. As Jake the Dog (Adventure time) put it: “Dude, suckin’ at something is the first step to being sorta good at something.” #ProjectManagement #ArtificialIntelligence #Learning #CareerGrowth
