What are you teaching VP, C level, and other leaders about AI today?
And what do you think we should be teaching them?

How I Spent My Summer ☀️
When I was a kid, every year on September 1st, I had to write an essay called “How I Spent My Summer.”
So… shall we bring this tradition back and wrap up summer 2026?
🍓 I spent a few beautiful summer weeks in my hometown, together with my parents, my brother, books, strawberries straight from the garden, and quite a bit of reflection on my career and what I want to achieve.
📖 I wrote and published my first book "Rosie’s Journey to DataLand".
🎤 I ran my first workshop for the UK Data Community on how to conduct a Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) in an organization.
💡 I hosted a webinar with Jordan Morrow on a topic I absolutely love: Creativity, Critical Thinking & Curiosity, the 3Cs of Data Literacy.
🎙️ I was invited to speak at Data & AI Conference Europe 2026 and, of course, on my favorite topic: Data & AI Literacy.
🚀 I completed a 3-day challenge by Courtney Johnson 📣 Social Media, which resulted in 670+ new people joining my LinkedIn community, if you're that new person - hello, and welcome :)
🇨🇳 And my boyfriend and I traveled to China, where we spent three unforgettable weeks exploring a completely different culture, food, technology, and way of life.
Looking back, it was a summer full of learning, new experiences, amazing people, experiments, and quite a bit of reflection about what comes next.
But the biggest decision and the biggest news of my summer didn’t make it onto this list. I’ll share that one a little later. 👀
For now, goodbye summer 2026. You were a good one.

Change Management in 2026
One of the most well-known change management models is ADKAR.
Interesting fact: ADKAR was developed in the 1990s, long before generative AI, AI agents, copilots, and the speed of technological change we are experiencing today.
And it made me think. Companies are investing heavily in change management to support AI adoption. But are our change management frameworks keeping up with AI?
Think about the traditional logic of change: Current state → Change → Adoption → New state
The problem is that with AI, the “new state” may already be outdated by the time the organization gets there.
While a team is learning how to adopt one solution, ten new solutions appear.
So no, I don’t think change management is becoming less important. I think the object of change management is changing. It is no longer only about helping people adopt a new tool, process, organizational structure, or way of working. It is increasingly about changing how the organization thinks about work itself.
What does that mean in practice?
1. From processes → to outcomes. For decades, organizations optimized processes. With AI agents, the first question should no longer be
“How do we integrate AI into this process?”
It should be:
“Do we still need this process at all?”
If an agent can complete the task differently, perhaps the workflow, approval chain, or even the process itself needs to disappear. We need to start thinking less in processes and more in tasks, problems, and outcomes.
2. From efficiency → to speed and quality of outcomes. Traditional transformation often measured efficiency through headcount, hours saved, or process optimization. In an AI-enabled organization, another question becomes increasingly important: How quickly can we produce a high-quality outcome?
The competitive advantage is not simply doing the same process with fewer people. It is being able to achieve a better result faster.
3. From expertise → to adaptability. Expertise is still valuable. But expertise is no longer static. Tools change. Best practices change. Entire ways of doing a job can change within months.
So your competitive advantage is increasingly not just what you know today, but how quickly you can learn, unlearn, and rebuild your expertise tomorrow.
Change Management in the AI era should therefore focus less on "How do we help people adopt this change?”
and more on:
“How do we build an organization that is continuously ready to change?”
ADKAR may still be useful. But in 2026, I’m not sure ADKAR alone is enough.
What do you think?

☕ Weekly Saturday Afternoon Tea
Every Saturday for me is a reflection day but also a working day.
I use this time to create a content plan for the upcoming weeks, sometimes even for the whole month. I check my analytics with my AI agent and work on my strategy to optimize the numbers.
I also use Saturdays for reading and watching workshops and webinars. During the week, I often don't have enough time for them, so I add everything to my backlog and save it for Saturday.
It’s become my little weekly ritual: tea, reflection, learning, and planning. ☕
How do you spend your Saturdays?

Stop spending all your marketing budget on another 20-page whitepaper.
Your potential customers might be much more interested in hearing about your product from a person they already follow and trust. And LinkedIn seems to think so too.
This summer, LinkedIn launched Creator Marketplace - a new ecosystem connecting brands with professional creators.
Brands can discover creators based on their expertise, content, and audience, evaluate whether there is a fit, and reach out directly about potential collaborations. Basically, influencer marketing is officially coming to B2B LinkedIn. And I think this is a BIG shift.
Because when we hear the word influencer, we still tend to imagine someone with 500K followers promoting skincare, hotels or clothes. But B2B influence works differently. You don't necessarily need a massive audience. You need the right audience.
If 5,000 people follow you because they trust what you say about AI, cybersecurity, HR, data, leadership, or SaaS, those 5,000 people might be much more valuable to a B2B company than 500,000 random followers.
Right now, LinkedIn's Creator Marketplace for creators is only available to a select group in the US and Canada.
So while we're waiting for it to reach Europe, why don't we create our own mini European LinkedIn Creator Marketplace in the comments?
👇 If you create content on LinkedIn and are open to brand collaborations, introduce yourself below.
And I'll start.
I'm open to collaborations with companies building AI tools for productivity, automation, and efficiency, as well as products related to AI Literacy, Data & AI Literacy, and AI education.
If you're building something in this space and want to reach a European B2B audience, my inbox is open.
Maybe we don't need to wait for LinkedIn to bring Creator Marketplace to Europe after all. 😉
