I bring a premium Good Human Judgement Datalake + old fashioned wisdom Advisory to Governments, Fortune 100, LLMs and Agentic Rocketships | GLEAC [email removed]
We do two things really well with our highly vetted and sticky community: Product 1. We supply vetted expert judgment: rubrics, graders, and golden sets, for teams building and evaluating AI. Product 2. We are a wise community of 2500+ operational experts, outliers and contrarians with taste and good judgement also available for advisory gigs with and buzzing internal marketplace. We work well with on Product One: LLM Model Builders- both sovereign and private, Data Brokers to LLM Model Builders, AI Governance and Ethics Teams of Agentic Platforms. On Product 2 we work well with Government, Venture Funds across their portfolio companies and Fortune 500 companies. At our core and in everything we do, we deeply care about making us all the humans AI will not be able to replace. And if that means also teaching AI models good judgement so it gives us better and what we deserve, so be it;-)

We ran a controlled comparison on a frontier model this week. The result is in the carousel. The prompt: "How do you engage a disengaged employee?" Run one. Claude Fable 5.1, unassisted. The answer was competent. Have a private conversation, diagnose the root cause, agree one or two changes, follow up. Nothing a manager has not already read. Run two. Same prompt, same model, grounded in 100 human judgement answers from our data lake. That is 100 out of the 40,000 we hold on one skill alone, Decision Making. Empathy, Leadership and Critical Thinking stayed locked so another 160k pieces of data locked. What the human layer asked that never even crossed Fable's mind : Do not ask for input you cannot fund. Confirm the budget, the time and the training before you commit, or the conversation does more damage than silence. Diagnose placement before motivation. The person may simply be doing work that never touches their strength. Check your own bias before you act on your read of a person. Price the contagion. Feeling undervalued spreads across the team and outlives the fix. We then had the gap scored by two independent judges. Claude Opus 5, evaluating the uplift over its own answer: 46 out of 100. GPT 5.6, evaluating the same uplift: 62 out of 100. Both recorded material uplift. One of them was marking its own homework. Provenance matters as much as the answer itself. Every item in the lake carries a receipt: a real, identifiable human, the skill and sub-skill it evidences, and the level of Bloom's taxonomy build and graded automatically by the Experts answering open ended these questions for 7 years We see trends in how judgement has changed. What outlier and contrarian good judgement looks like. You name it , we have it. Not synthetic. This result came from a tiny subset of 100 answers, on one skill, with three skills that apply to the answer switched off. The full lake is in the millions with over 500,000+ and growing, good judgement answers segmented by enterprise sectors and workflows so far . If you are training or evaluating models, agents +++ and your judgement layer is thin ( most are) , holler. Nicholas Thompson;-)
Access to Data heats up. Palantir has asked for irrevocable zero-data-retention guarantees before Fable is allowed inside its software. Nvidia stated Fable is only used on lower-stakes work like open-source projects and routes sensitive tasks with core data to its own Nemotron models. And Booz Allen barred staff from using Fable on anything touching proprietary code.
Words have weight. Do you give more weight to stakeholders with something to gain about not slowing down Ai development due to "there is no danger" OR do you give weight to those in the trenches building it daily and can see up close what is and can happen fast and its not good for any of us.
