Chief of Staff@Women In Tech| I sell tech &build revenue engines from 0 | mentor | Let’s talk sales, events, community building & climbing 🧗♀️
I am a yes-person that makes things happen, Used to be a translator. Now life looks like this: -building a channel Sales dept from scratch for a multinational -Chief of Staff-ing for Women in Tech - running sales & GTM events supporting Madrid's tech communities - mentoring founders and freelancers in the B2B space TLDR: I am either building or helping build all the things younger me would have needed or found cool. Want to set up an event or volunteer for Women In Tech: [email removed] Helping cool people with cool projects, mainly structuring sales revenue engines, GTM, and community building. How did I end up here? (If you're still reading that's the popcorn moment 🍿) 18yo me sold pop corn 25h/week in France, studying to be a translator. Then I discovered start ups Found a crazy project in Spain and moved there after sending a cold DM to the CEO. And well, when you believe in the project, you just do whatever needs to be done. Including sales. 10 years later I learnt sales on the job, by failing, testing, meeting amazing people. No fancy MBA. Hours and hours of cold call. Many nights refreshing my email after sending a proposal. What to do now? If you are a founder, curious about sales, or tech, have a cool project or need advice, please come tell me about it in DM! 🧗🏼♀️ When I'm OOO Im a climber!Movement, community, trust, challenge. Same ingredients as any good project. Also a baker (I'm french after all) always on the lookout for good pastry, yes, you can bribe me.

I used to hate networking. I was just doing it so wroong (Now: meeting people over ice cream) quick camera roll recap from the September event scene in Madrid One of my core beliefs is that life is what you make of it. Create exceptional moments for yourself. Bring the magic to the ordinary! Surround yourself with people who build these kind of moments: ⚪ Dropped by the ElevenLabs pop-up in Madrid. The salesperson in me HAD to check how it's like to negotiate with an agent right? ⚪ Wanted Mercedes' point of view on some Customer Success flows and decided to bribe data out of her with ice cream, highly recommand. ⚪ Eeearly morning coffee with the great Miriam to compare proposal framewroks in the UKI market VS Spain and talk about sales teams enablement, way to start the day super inspired. ⚪ The surprise one!! unexpectedly ran into Larysa at a friend's show & talked about books and what she's building. Sometimes we forget we're more than our jobs! ⚪ Fintech panel & ecosystem drinks with the one and only Yanis Taieb and ex- Netflix now investor Ilona L. ( i love a speaker wearind red). Got the chance to catch up with Alejandro, Alex, Liam Coyle and Andrey. ⚪ Coworking & climbing session on Saturday, amonthly ritual to build together with great people and work on personal projects. Also met online with Petra Bilikova for some more upcoming amazing networking representing Pitchless Community. To all the people contibuting to building great projects and great connections, let's keep creating! There are some great events planned for the weeks ahead, and some surprises coming up. If you're building something great in Madrid, i read you in the comments 👀

stop asking your prospects if they had "a great summer" they have 300 unread emails already. I use these 3 models to stand out: let's be real. If half my mind is still hiking the Pyrenees mountains... Your Senior VP prospect's priority is not your follow up email so, please avoid the "hope this find you well" speech (unless you want to bore your prospect away) Take on the hardest part of the task, people will appreciate you: 1. THE 3-LINE RECAP My go-to, no useless filler words -i don't expect them to dig through old threads to remember context. -i summarize it for them: where we left off, what was agreed, and the next step to turn that pain into ROI. → Try this: "Hey [Name], before the holidays we discussed [Pain X from July demo focusing on feature X] We planned [Next step / to solve X] Woudl next Tuesday morning or Thursday afternoon work to keep with the plan?" 2. NEW SEASON MEANS EVENTS (humans meet humans) Skip the lazy email follow-up and offer an in-person touchpoint at upcoming events Make it so low-friction it is effortless to say yes. → Try this: "Hey [Name], saw you are attending [Event]. I'll be at the [Topic] conference around 11:00 and thought we could take 5mn to grab coffee right before. Will you around to say a quick hello?" 3. THE VALUE-FIRST RESOURCE If you've been reading my posts, yuo know I believe in bringing a gift. For longer-term deals, prioritize relationship over velocity. Remind them of you as the person helping with a high-relevance asset. → Try this: "Hey [Name], saw the update on [Industry shift/law] while catching up on summer news. Thought of your team since you're working on [Goal X] this quarter. Sharing in case it helps." Tldr: Respect their time, bring value, keep it short make the YES easy What's your go-to september reactivation strategy?
