Co-founder and Fractional CMO of FluidRWA | Marketing Consultant for Web3 and AI Infra
The best marketing doesn't explain technology. It builds trust. I'm the Co-Founder and Fractional CMO of FluidRWA, a vendor discovery and matchmaking platform connecting institutional buyers with verified Web3 and AI infra providers across tokenization, compliance, and custody. Alongside that, I work as a marketing consultant for growing companies in Web3 and AI infra, currently including GOLT AI, helping them translate complex products into institutional-grade positioning. My work sits in the space where most marketing breaks down: where a CFO needs to understand a blockchain product where a Web3 company needs to speak to a pension fund where messaging has to work both on Wall Street and inside a DAO Before this, I spent close to three years leading marketing at Zoniqx, taking the company through a full rebrand and scaling its presence across North America, APAC, and EMEA. Before that, InvestaX in Singapore. Alongside this, I write Beyond DeFi, a newsletter on institutional finance, tokenization, and blockchain infrastructure, read by founders, investors, and executives building the next generation of financial systems. If you're building in Web3 or AI infra and trying to reach institutional buyers, build enterprise pipeline, or establish thought leadership in an emerging market, that's exactly the problem space I work in.

I was recently speaking with a few developers about an app project, and it got me wondering what happens to everything an AI coding agent learns when you switch to another tool, because the code might survive, but the reasoning, failed experiments, and decisions often don't. That curiosity led me to SenseLab, so I decided to test how shared memory works across AI agents, and what I discovered was surprisingly interesting. Perhaps the next big leap in AI isn't just about smarter models, but about making sure they don't have to keep learning the same lessons. I explored this in my latest Beyond DeFi article. Imagine spending years building a technology, convincing the biggest financial institutions that they need it, only to wake up one day and discover they are building it themselves. That is exactly the situation tokenization startups may soon face. With The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) launching its own tokenization infrastructure, Wall Street is no longer waiting for startups to lead the way. But here is the interesting part. Does this make tokenization startups less relevant, or does it finally create the market they have been waiting for? I explored this in today's Beyond DeFi article, and I think the answer is far more interesting than it first appears.
Imagine it is Sunday evening, a global investment firm is ready to settle a tokenized transaction, the blockchain is running perfectly, but the money needed to complete the deal is still waiting for the banking system to catch up. Sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? That is exactly what got me thinking about Hong Kong's latest move toward 24/7 settlement using tokenized central bank money, because we have spent years making assets move faster while overlooking what happens to the actual money behind them. Perhaps the real breakthrough in tokenization will not be putting more assets on-chain, but finally making money move at the same speed. Explored this in my latest Beyond DeFi article: If Blockchain Runs 24/7, Why Does Money Still Have to Wait for Banks to Open? #Tokenization #Blockchain #RWA #Stablecoins #BeyondDeFi
