Marketing without sales alignment is just expensive content creation. That one insight changed how I build go-to-market. After watching a tech company burn through $500K in marketing spend without closing a single enterprise deal, I made it my mission to build AI native GTM engines where marketing and sales actually move together. 12 years in B2B. Four continents. One focus: turning complex, long-cycle sales into repeatable revenue systems. What I've built: → Scaled a tech company from $6M to $18M in revenue → Cut customer acquisition cost by 85% for a SaaS company → Shortened enterprise sales cycles by 2 months through structured ABM → Generated 500x ROI within 3 months for a European tech company → Helped startups close $500K+ in enterprise revenue from scratch → Revived $60K+ in dead pipeline through account reactivation Today I focus on AI-native go-to-market — building operating systems where AI handles intent signals, account scoring, personalized outreach sequencing, and pipeline analytics, so GTM teams can focus on what actually moves deals forward. My approach sits at the intersection of three things: Account-based motions for complex, multi-stakeholder sales Demand generation that creates real pipeline, not just MQLs AI workflows that make the whole system faster and smarter Industries I know deeply: FinTech, Life Sciences & Pharma, Cybersecurity, SaaS/HRTech. Companies I've worked with include Stratasys, Backbase, Viseven, Platforce, Lensa, Axoflow, and others across B2B and B2G. I speak 5 languages (English, Russian, Romanian, Hungarian, Spanish) and have built teams and campaigns across Europe, LATAM, USA and APAC. Based in Prague. Working globally.

I was watching a video on YouTube recently. This guy is really good at spotting trends. He was saying something along these lines: rich people nowadays don’t buy things. Rich people go for experiences instead. But nowadays, it’s not only rich people who do that; everyone else does too. And here is how this applies to field marketing and the world of ABM. Full video: https://lnkd.in/dkcW6w3Q Harris Fellman explains it to the crowd: Six to eight minutes. That’s the whole act. He walks out in front of a trade-show booth, performs close-up magic until thirty people have stopped walking, and then hands them over to the client’s sales team. The team scans their badges and tries to turn a scan into something a CRM will accept. “A scan is not a lead,” Harris says twice, like he has had the argument before. In a world where everything feels overwhelming, people look for something different. That is why a booth costing more than $25,000 should include an element that attracts attention. Why experiences are the new currency in ABM and things are not, read here.
I am managing 3+ accounts. TikTok, Meta, Google AdWords, and a few more. Multiple creatives, multiple ads, tons of formats, brr, getts me annoyed at times, haha. Meanwhile, Google Ads is more straightforward; Meta is chaos. When I log into Meta, it’s messy. It’s made to get you confused, so you spend more money and get lost in the whirlwind of opportunities, like Alice in Wonderland. Here is how Marble AI helps me: I ask it to research the best creatives, ad formats and placements so far I had in Meta. It gives me the results I need and based on that I create a newer version of it. I ask influencers and content creators I work with to focus on that particular format. I realized that for my friends at @Cookiebeacon, the best-prforming examples where ads where there was interaction with the street and with people, be it clients or not. So after I found out what works, asked the content creators I work with to do more of “what works”, I duplicated all those formats, in GoMarble AI Now, it’s live! Made my life simpler, hope it does yours!
