Financial-services firms hire me instead of a marketing team. I install AI marketing systems, run it on your expertise and you never become the marketer. 95+ firms
Your firm does $2M to $10M with 15 to 30 people or you're a certified advisor with a practice of five. And you're STILL writing posts at 11pm. Nobody owns marketing inside your firm. Not because you lack ideas. The founder is busy serving clients. The team is busy delivering. Marketing happens when somebody finds time. You've tried the agency. They wrote from the outside and it sounded like it. You've considered the $150K Head of Marketing. Still needs you in the room for every sign-off. You've tested the tools. ChatGPT, HubSpot, half a dozen dashboards. Shelfware in 90 days. I watched this across 95+ firms before I built the fix. ↓ Here's what nobody tells you: you're already producing the content. Every client call. Every webinar. Every voice note you send your partner on the drive home. You just don't have a system that captures it and puts it in front of the right buyers. So I built one. It does three things: GET SEEN. We turn what you know into content that sounds like you. SPOT INTEREST. We identify the right people the moment they engage. START CONVERSATIONS. We open warm conversations in your voice. The ones that qualify land in your calendar. Then you run your sale. That part stays yours. One dashboard. It replaces what most firms pay $13K to $30K a month for across 3 to 5 people. ↓ The 30-Minute Founder Rule. Marketing can't become a second full-time job for the person already running the firm. One 30-minute call a week. One 30-minute interview a month. We use it to get what only you know. Everything else is ours. You're not picking up another vendor to manage. We bring you finished work. You say yes, no, or what feels off. ↓ I guarantee the work I control. I don't guarantee the outcomes I don't. The system live, publishing in your voice, conversations opening every week, all of it in one dashboard. Booked calls and revenue depend on your market and your close. I won't pretend otherwise to win a deal. ↓ Recent results: ⭐ Solo advisor: 43 sales calls booked in two weeks. $34K closed in week one. ⭐ Danish advisory firm: 222,965 impressions across 49 posts he didn't write. 795 leads. 12 calls booked, 7 qualified, zero closed. I say the zero on purpose. ⭐ Accounting practice: 588 leads, 198 qualified, 42 audit calls booked in three months. ↓ You own the assets. We operate them. Your content, your list, your contacts, your CRM. Built in your accounts, not ours. Leave and you keep all of it. ↓ DM me "SYSTEM" and I'll show you what it looks like installed inside your firm. ✌ Stijn

Same guy has messaged me 3 times since August 3rd. I have never replied once because message one was: "You run tech. I build teams. Stijn, connect?" I don't run tech. 25 days later: "Stijn , thanks for accepting." Space before the comma. You can hear the merge field breathing.... lol Then yesterday, the finisher: "We help Founder ship faster." Founder. singular. no name. Personalization??? What's that??? I do not believe a human read this before it went out. I sell AI systems for a living, so let me be clear that this isn't an AI problem. Somebody built a sequence, pointed it at a list and went for a quick snack. Is it just me?
I got 9,837 comments from three posts and booked 40 sales calls a week but I killed it anyway because it stopped working. I ran those three over six weeks and was booking 40 calls a week off them. Then everybody had a lead magnet. Same posts, same offer. (you know the ones: "Claude booked me 342353 meetings") Two things killed it: 1/ Stein's Law. If something cannot go on forever, it will stop. 2/ Magali De Reu wrote a lot of roast comments <3 Here is a client funnel I used to build on the same model, exported last week: 588 leads captured. 445 filled in the form. 198 qualified. 42 booked a call. but... 431 people raised their hand and never had a conversation with anybody. That is not a bad magnet bc the magnet did its job. It caught a person. Then everything after it stopped. Attract worked and capture worked. Convert is where all 431 of them died. So convert is the only part I build now. ps. ty Jacob Pegs for dropping me the idea for this post during our call yesterday
A 20 year old told me my targeting was BROKEN. I argued for 12 minutes. Riaz Slavik-Ali has been with me for 6 months. He speaks to financial advisors all day and does more than 468 conversations in 90 days. I speak to dashboards. He said people stopped replying because we lowered the boundaries on our targeting. More names and worse names. I told him that was not what we were discussing. Twelve minutes later I agreed with him and rewrote the whole thing. Not because he brought data but rather he brought a feeling from 468 conversations. Not because he was senior as he is 20.... But because he sits closer to the buyer than I do. Most founders hire somebody closer to the market than they are. Then spend a year arguing with them about the market. He is 20 and the best hire I have ever made.
