About Suleman Ahmed

Building AI Operating Systems & rewiring GTM around AI Agents

I design and build the operating system that makes a business AI-native. I lead AI operations, build agents and agentic workflows, connect tools, automate work and train the team to use what we build. I started at Leadify as a GTM Engineer in 2023, then joined Grow Surely in the same role. At Evergrowth, I became a Forward Deployed GTM Engineer and worked closely with small businesses and enterprise customers. I followed how work moved between teams and tools and found where systems failed, even when everything looked fine from the outside. Behind the scenes, people were copying data, losing context and spending hours keeping broken processes moving. I mapped those operations, built and deployed AI agents, designed the workflows around them, connected the systems and trained the teams using them. On the enterprise side that meant working inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics and Attio: learning each CRM's object model, pipeline and deal-stage structure, building native automations and workflows using n8n, Claude and Codex on top of them, and standing up ABM motions off that data. I built and deployed custom agents scoped to specific outcomes, enriching and deduping records, routing and scoring leads, flagging at-risk deals, keeping data in sync across systems, not one generic agent trying to do everything. Underneath all of it, I built the AI architecture and operating system that tied it together, plus the internal tools and dashboards the team used to see what was running, where data was flowing and what needed attention. I stayed from the first call until the new system was running with the team. At the same time, I kept building my own products. Cubeshell is a GTM API for AI agents. I also founded Indiecorn and built IndiecornOS, its open-source AI operating system. People use it to build AI agents around the way their business works, then expand the system as the business grows.

  • I left home at 5 this morning and drove to Faro (Southern Portugal). By 8, I was working from the back seat of a car. Normally, this work would take me 3 or 4 hours. Codex already prepared the day for me on a dashboard. Ten fresh leads had been researched and scored. Every follow-up, pipeline action and priority was waiting in one place. I still had to make the decisions and do the work. Forty-five minutes later, I had finished everything needing my attention today. My Mac mini kept the system running 24/7. I have given all inputs and instructions to Codex now all tasks will run throughout the day when their triggers arrive. The system saves the hours I used to spend finding and organising the work. Travel no longer means carrying the whole operation in my head.

  • $297/month for website maintenance can still leave you waiting two weeks for one button change. Changing “Contact us” to “Get your free estimate” starts with an email. Then a ticket is created, and the request joins a queue. A simple website can be set up differently. The website project sits in GitHub, and Cloudflare hosts it. Open the website project with ChatGPT or Codex and ask: “Change the main CTA to ‘Get your free estimate.’ Add phone number and preferred callback time to the contact form. Show me the preview first.” ChatGPT or Codex prepares the update and shows you the preview. Once you approve it, Cloudflare publishes the new version. For a simple site, this stack can run on free tiers. You do not need to know how to write the code yourself. You still control the accounts and decide what gets published. A button, form field, or service page should not spend two weeks in a maintenance queue. Your website should move when your business moves.

  • I once wrote 5,100 lines of instructions to make one AI researcher better. It got worse. I kept treating every bad result like an instruction problem. Now, with Codex, I check the tool before I touch AGENTS.md. These four free skills fix the gaps I hit most. 1. Watch: video https://lnkd.in/e-fah7xr • Gap: a transcript misses what happens on screen   • Fix: Codex gets a timestamped transcript and scene-aware frames from YouTube, Loom, or a local video 2. NotebookLM-py: research https://lnkd.in/eYUuFUwu • Gap: a big research job fills the main task with tabs, PDFs, and transcripts   • Fix: put the sources in one notebook and let Codex question them from there It uses unofficial Google APIs, so keep it away from critical workflows. 3. Graphify: codebase memory https://lnkd.in/eMG8aczk • Gap: file search stops helping when the answer crosses services, tables, and documents   • Fix: build a local graph that shows Codex how the repository connects 4. Impeccable: front-end design https://lnkd.in/eR5DSZGA • Gap: the page works but looks like the same AI SaaS template   • Fix: give Codex design rules and a critique loop for type, colour, layout, motion, and copy Installation instructions are inside each repository. Before adding another rule, I ask: Does Codex need clearer instructions, or is the capability missing?
