Summer is supposed to be quiet for business. July was our biggest month ever. And August will probably beat it. But weirdly, that’s not what I’m happiest about. The biggest change this summer is that we finally had time to rebuild how we operate. We installed Grok Bot and started turning pretty much every manual process we still had into an AI-powered workflow. Sales ops, creator sourcing, follow-ups, affiliation, reporting, internal workflows... We're not 100% there yet, but I can basically run the company from my phone now. At the same time, we rebuilt almost the entire Naano product. We’ve also built new sales and affiliate processes, we’re launching our first cohort of creator ambassadors, and we’re starting to think seriously about our first fundraising with business angels. And we did all of this without setting foot in Paris. I’ve spent the summer working from different places all around the world. Turns out the “quiet months” were probably the most important months we’ve had so far. We’re coming out of them with a completely different company. Let's go Naano ❤️‍🔥

This marketing stack took Naano from €0 to €60K per month in 5 months. Ranked from the coolest tool to the most boring one. 100% objective ranking, I promise. The fact that my own company is #1 is a pure coincidence. 1. Naano We're client #1 of our own product. We have a network of 3,500 B2B creators, so we plug Naano into it like any other client. Creators talk about us in their own words, to the exact audience we sell to. 2. Heyreach We built a laaarge outbound machine on top of it. 100% automated. 55% acceptance, 50% reply rate. Every message starts from a real intent signal, and claude manage all the answers. 3. Wispr Flow The sneaky life-changer. I stopped typing months ago, I dictate everything. Now it records my meetings too. 4. Claude We built 5 internal SaaS with it. All of them are killing it. My favorite one handles my LinkedIn inbox, our HeyReach inbox and our mailing inbox automatically. And with MCP, Claude is plugged into every single tool of this list. 5. GPT + Codex Product, internal tools and visuals. (the image of this post for example) 6. Instantly.ai Not that boring actually. Since their new UI it's even kind of nice to use. It ships our emails every single day and it does the job. 7. Apify The cheat code. It gives real superpowers to GPT and Claude: phone numbers, emails, LinkedIn data, on demand. It bugs more often than I'd like, but when it works, a scraper plugged into an LLM changes everything. 8. Advanced GSC & BlogSEO The newest one. It plugs Google Search Console straight into Claude, so Claude reads our search data and tells us exactly what to fix for SEO and GEO. And BlogSeo for the backlinks and the blogs. 9. Loom Boring to record, I'll admit it. But people are tired of calls and don't listen anyway. A 3-minute recap they can watch whenever always wins. I guess all these tools are cool. But the coolest one, from a purely objective perspective, is Naano. Which tool is missing from my list?

We've launched over 100 influencer campaigns on Naano. The success of a campaign always comes down to one thing: The brief ↓ Same creator, same audience, same product. A bad brief gets you an ad. A good brief gets you a post that happens to mention your product. So we sat down and pulled our beautiful proprietary data. 3,000 creators. 1,500 posts. 30,000 tracked clicks. Plus a bunch of other stuff the tech team swore was relevant. Then we looked at the top 25% of campaigns on the platform. The patterns were obvious once we saw them. Same structure, same order, same things said and same things left out. The top campaigns were not briefed better by accident. So we built our wonderful AI brief generator on top of it. First results are super outstanding. You can now generate your brief, discover the right creators, select them, pay them and track them. All on Naano Try it here :) https://www.naano.xyz/

For those who don't know: before Naano, Alexis Jarre and I founded We are founders an entrepreneur community in Paris. We took it to 400 members. We organized events, and a lot of people ended up working together because of the community. Then Naano started moving too fast and we had to let go. You cannot run a community properly on the hours left after a startup. We did not want to lose it, so we handed it to Roland Sosin He is 10x better at this than we ever were. Today We Are Founders is 500+ active members. And last week it ran its first hackathon, on generative AI, with: Le Motif, Supabase , STATION F, Cursor, Hexa, Red Bull, CapCut and …… Naano. Very proud that we got to sponsor that event!!! Bravo to every member who showed up. And bravo Roland. Link in the first comment to join the community (French only).

July showed that Naano was ready for its next stage. More than €65K invoiced, a growing team, a real operating system behind the company… and somehow, fundraising conversations??? Here’s what happened in 31 days ↓ We invoiced more than €65K. Almost half of everything we had invoiced since launching, generated in a single month. But the biggest transformation happened behind the scenes. We documented our key processes. We deployed around 20 autonomous agents across the business. We built a clear product roadmap and turned our ideas for the coming months into plans that actually hold up. We also spent much more time working together in person. We worked from an office and organized a full week-long team offsite. That changed the way we operated. Decisions became faster, priorities became clearer, and we finally had the space to think beyond the next urgent task. We also opened our first roles. One job post brought in hundreds of applications, and the team is now starting to grow. By the way, a big part of July’s success came down to two people: Mathéo Ballasse and Martin Vinet Two other things happened more quietly. We reapplied to Y Combinator after being told we were in the top 10% of the previous batch and encouraged to apply again. And we started preparing our first angel round. Honestly, I did not expect us to be having fundraising conversations this year. In January, Naano did not exist. Six months later, we have completed our biggest month, strengthened the team, built a real operating system, and developed a much clearer idea of where we are going. Still early. But ready for the next stage. 🦄 P.S. Yes, I’m currently enjoying life and working from a boat.
