  • An AI-Native company. Claude Cowork running go-to-market, AI-agents inside the product. One thing they don’t use AI for: writing their outbound. Khushi opened her spam folder one morning and found 25 to 30 emails. Same subject line. Same content. All AI-written, all based on scraping her Twitter feed. 30 people. One email. She still writes every email herself. She also closed 147 partnerships in under two years before starting Shiplog. So I asked her how. Interview 3 of 3 from Paris, filmed in the middle of Station F with Khushi Mehta, Founder of Shiplog - backed by STATION F, Kima Ventures, & Project Europe 0:17 Could you tell me a bit about Shiplog? 💼 0:39 You’re AI-Native and building AI-agents - what does that actually mean? 🤖 1:43 What can you do with three people that used to take thirty? ⚡️ 3:29 You closed 147 partnerships in under two years. How did you approach this? 🤝 5:19 What’s overhyped in AI right now and what’s underappreciated? 🔥 7:21 What does Project Europe actually give a Founder? 🇪🇺 8:52 Can the next OpenAI or Anthropic be built in Station F? 🏗️ Almost everyone seems to dislike email to some extend so I’m forwarding this email question to you: is AI-written outbound dead, or are we just bad at it?

  • Khushi took a VC meeting at the shark tank lounge. They invested. Station F is the largest startup campus in the world with 1,000 startups in what used to be an old railway depot in Paris. We did a guided tour to show what it’s like to be part of Station F. What's actually in the building: OpenAI, Google for Startups, AWS, Apple, VC programs, all partners and Tesla (potentially working on self driving). A main stage downstairs for events - with YC earlier in July, food stalls outside when something's on and - yearly - Cloud credits and AI-tokens. Short note: what I really loved going there was the matcha and unique breakfast croissants from the lunch and bar at La Felicità open to the public as one of the largest open Italian kitchens in Europe directly part of the overall Station F Building. We couldn’t film in the create zone while it’s generally unavailable to the public. That’s where products get shipped and the start-ups get built. Everything else is for events, hackathons, partners, and meeting people. Her line from the interview: speed is the only thing startups have over big companies. Standing in there, you see why. Investors next door, programs across the hall, and AI-credits to build. We also recorded an interview just outside the create zone with Khushi Mehta, Founder & CEO of Shiplog. A Ph.D. AI student from Imperial College London, a Databricks AI & Data Lead, and an AI Native Station F Founder. That was the full interview series with this tour of Station F at the end.
