About

Founder @ Epixtory

I’m LinkedIn’s Podcast Guy. Which sounds slightly made up. It is. But after 200+ podcast episodes, conversations with creators, founders and professionals and building a community of 30,000+ people on LinkedIn, I think I’ve earned it. Over the last few years, I’ve learned one thing: Great conversations are wasted all the time. Someone records an amazing podcast episode, posts it once and moves on. A bit of a waste, really. Because one good conversation can become so much more. That’s why I founded Epixtory. I help founders, experts and businesses turn conversations into podcasts, LinkedIn posts and long-form content that keeps working long after the recording ends. That can mean: ↳ Launching a podcast from scratch ↳ Turning episodes into LinkedIn content ↳ Producing and improving existing shows ↳ Optimising LinkedIn profiles and personal brands ↳ Creating content systems people actually stick with Sometimes you need one. Sometimes you need both. Because creating great content is only half the job. Making sure people actually see it is the other half. Alongside client work, I still produce my own shows, Produced By and Unproduced. 200+ conversations exploring the stories behind creators, founders and professionals building something meaningful online. Real conversations. Real lessons. Less “10 hacks to become a millionaire by Tuesday”. If you’re thinking about starting a podcast, improving your LinkedIn presence or simply getting more out of the content you already create, feel free to message me. I’m usually one DM away. PS: It’s Tomas, not Thomas. Cat memes welcomed. Sales pitches banned.

Most people get this backwards. They build a business first. Jane Kisnica built the life first. Then the business. No overnight success. Here's what you'll learn from this episode ↓ 1. Build Your Life First ↳ Freedom became the goal ↳ Design became the vehicle ↳ Success followed naturally 2. Build Before You Leap ↳ Started while working full time ↳ Used mornings, evenings and weekends ↳ Tested the business before quitting 3. Build Relationships Before You Need Them ↳ Comment before you cold DM ↳ Give before you ask ↳ Trust opens more doors than pitching ever will Full episode drops Monday. The future belongs to curious people. Most people see AI as a tool. Pete Sena sees it as an opportunity to learn. More than 20 years ago, he started building. Today, he's helping organisations embrace AI. But what stayed with me most wasn't the technology. It was his curiosity. Here's what I learned from our conversation. 1. Curiosity compounds ↳ Learning to code led to design ↳ Design led to entrepreneurship ↳ Entrepreneurship led to AI 2. Expand your thinking, not just your productivity ↳ Explore new ideas ↳ Experiment more ↳ Build better systems 3. Build the future, don't wait for it ↳ Stay curious ↳ Experiment often ↳ Learn by doing 4. Agency shapes your future ↳ Keep learning ↳ Keep experimenting ↳ Keep adapting 5. The final lesson? ↳ The lesson that stayed with me ↳ The mindset that keeps you relevant ↳ Waiting for you in the Produced Newsletter. → Curiosity > certainty → Learning > knowing → Progress > perfection Full episode now live. Links in the comments. Visuals by Zubia Hassan ♛: ↳ LinkedIn™ Banner Designer for the Top 1% ↳ Connect with her before everyone else does. ↳ Helping personal brands turn profile views into conversations ♻️ Repost if curiosity has opened a door for you. PS: What's one thing AI should never replace?

Publishing an episode isn't the finish line. For a long time, I thought it was. Record it. Edit it. Publish it. Share the link. Move on. Looking back, I was underestimating one of the most important parts of podcast growth: Distribution. Because a great conversation doesn't do much if people never discover it. So I changed how I approached every episode. I started promoting before release. Repurposing with intention. Giving each conversation more chances to be discovered. Small changes. Big difference over time. I recently shared what worked, what didn't, and what I'd do differently in a guest article for Ausha 🚀. Big thanks to Laura Hoffmann and the Ausha team for the opportunity! Link to the full article in the comments. What's one thing you wish you'd started doing earlier?

The people who last think differently. Pete Sena has spent more than 20 years building. Not by chasing every opportunity. But by staying curious. Learning constantly. And becoming known for doing meaningful work. One lesson really stood out to me. People remember clarity. Not complexity. Here's what moved the needle: → Curiosity over certainty → Consistency over noise → Reputation over attention And here's this week's LinkedIn growth tactic ↓ 1. Become known for one thing first ↳ Clarity builds recognition ↳ Recognition builds trust ↳ Trust creates opportunities 2. Consistency creates credibility ↳ Show up around one topic ↳ Share stories and lessons ↳ Earn the right to expand later 3. Give people a reason to remember you ↳ Own one conversation first ↳ Build authority over time ↳ Let your reputation compound Full episode drops Monday. We talk AI, curiosity, entrepreneurship, Ikigai, mindset and building for the long term. ♻️ Repost if you're building your reputation. PS: If I Googled your name, what should I find?
