July wasn't about doing more. It was about building better systems. This month pushed me to think beyond content and focus on creating work that delivers measurable business outcomes. Here's what July looked like: • Deepened my understanding of AI automation, workflow design, personal branding, and marketing analytics. • Created 30+ high-performance short-form videos across different brands. • Worked on strategic campaigns for Hypotenuse Analytics and Momentum AI. • Helped partner brands improve their organic reach and strengthen their digital presence through content strategy. • Built stronger systems for content creation, consistency, and execution. One thing I've realized: Growth doesn't come from one viral post. It comes from showing up consistently, improving your process, and compounding small wins every single day. Grateful to everyone I collaborated with this month and excited for what August has in store. I'm always happy to connect with founders, marketers, creators, and builders who enjoy solving meaningful problems. What was your biggest learning from July? Why We Celebrate Noise Instead of Vision When I started building Momentum AI , people immediately questioned it. It is strange how our society will make a random internet controversy viral in hours but barely notice the people actually building the future of India. Real founders are the ones moving the needle. I look at established leaders like Kunal Shah and Nikhil Kamath along with deep tech innovators like Srinath Ravichandran at AgniKul Cosmos . My goal is to learn from all of them. Whether a startup is big or small, I am just here to observe, listen, and learn with zero ego. Over the last two months, I have poured everything I have into Momentum AI . There is a lot of exhaustion when things do not go right. But those tough days gave me my core rule: " Try but don't cry". If you commit to something, give it your absolute best. If it does not become exactly what you envisioned, it is never a failure because you win the experience. A massive part of that experience was my team. Building alongside Keshav Raj , Mohd Aftab , and sagar yadav taught me so much about collaboration and grit. I especially want to express my gratitude to our Founder and CEO, Revant Raj Working alongside his vision has been an absolute pleasure. His dedication is unmatched, and I have learned a massive amount just by watching him lead. I learned a massive amount from all of these guys. The problem solving and the pure value of our team bonding are permanent wins for me. I am simply here to build, learn, and grow. If you are a fellow founder, a builder, or someone with honest advice to share, I would love to connect. Let us trade notes and keep pushing forward. #MomentumAI #BuildingInPublic #IndianStartups #FounderMindset #Innovation #TeamWork #Leadership #Resilience #GrowthMindset #StartupLife #Execution #ZeroToOne #FounderStories #Motivation #MakeinIndia
I genuinely worry about where our generation is heading. Growing up, almost every Indian kid heard one simple line: "Jaisi sangat, waisi rangat." You become the company you keep. Today, our company isn't just our friends anymore. It's our Instagram feed. Our YouTube recommendations. The creators we choose to watch every single day. And that's exactly why this conversation matters. Creators like Samay Raina, Munawar Faruqui, and Pranit More have built massive audiences. But I often wonder what message we're sending when roast culture, humiliation, and controversy become the easiest way to earn millions of views. Take the recent ₹370 biryani controversy on Pranit More's show. A participant openly spoke about deeply problematic behaviour. The audience laughed. The clips went viral. People turned it into entertainment. Then came the real-world consequences. Jobs were lost. Police got involved. Real people paid the price. That's not just "dark humour." That's a reminder that content doesn't always stay on a screen. What disappoints me even more is who doesn't dominate our timelines. Mukesh Ambani is creating lakhs of jobs. Gautam Adani is building infrastructure that will shape India's future. Nikhil Kamath has changed how millions of Indians think about investing. Harshil Mathur and Tarun Mehta are building companies that solve real problems. Sundar Pichai and Satya Nadella are leading some of the world's most influential technology companies. These people don't stay relevant because they mock someone. They stay relevant because they create something valuable. Somewhere along the way, we've started confusing attention with achievement. Just because someone gets millions of views doesn't automatically make them the right role model for millions of young people. Every follow is a vote. Every share tells the algorithm what deserves more attention. If we reward outrage, we'll get more outrage. If we reward people who build businesses, create jobs, solve problems and push India forward, we'll inspire more young people to do the same. I'm not saying you shouldn't enjoy comedy. I'm asking a much bigger question: Who are we choosing to admire? Because the content we consume today quietly shapes the mindset we carry tomorrow. And that mindset will shape the India we build.
