About Vishal A.

UX/UI Designer & Developer for SaaS & AI Products. Founder @UI Pirate. I take end-to-end ownership, from product strategy and UX to development, launch & beyond.

I design and build enterprise SaaS and AI products along with high-converting landing pages. For teams where clarity, trust, and decision speed actually matter. Most products don’t fail because of features. They fail because people hesitate. That's what I fix. I run UI Pirate, a boutique product design & development studio. I work with founders and product leaders scaling complex systems, helping them: make products easier to understand reduce decision friction ship designs that survive real-world use Honestly, enterprise products don't break loudly. They quietly lose confidence. My work focuses on removing that uncertainty through: product UX for SaaS & enterprise platforms UX strategy & product alignment frontend implementation (Angular, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) Design and development aren't separate here. They reinforce each other. I've led end-to-end design + frontend + backend execution for 50+ products, including work with: Khaitan & Co · Xperiti · Biotex Inc · RevUp AI · SimpleO.ai · Omnex Systems Alongside client work, I'm building ProPirate (Building in Public on X - https://x.com/UI_Pirate) It started with a simple question: Are you building something you want to exist or something you think will sell? ProPirate is a platform for designers and developers where: Challenges are the core engine Skill is proven through work, not noise Jobs and investment are earned outcomes not a spammy marketplace I'm building it publicly, one phase at a time, with scope discipline and real constraints. Not a course. No hype. Just real work. Day 0: why it should exist. Day 1: full IA and product map. Onward. Good design isn't decoration. It's respect for people making decisions. If you're building something that needs to be trusted at scale, happy to compare notes.

  • I started building my own UI component library. Not because there aren't enough component libraries. I wanted to see how far I could push the smallest parts of an interface. So I started with buttons. Frosted glass. 3D. Tactile. Neumorphic. LED. Metallic. Glow. Sliders. Toggles. Each one has its own interaction, visual language and little details. The goal isn't to make 100 generic components. It's to build a library of handcrafted, interactive components that actually feel good to use. This is the first batch. 10 components. Built from scratch. And honestly, I'm having way too much fun with this. More coming. @ UI Pirate - Designing AI-Driven SaaS Products That Convert, Scale & Ship Faster

  • I built 11 experimental button components, which one would you actually use? I've been experimenting with what happens when a button is treated as more than a simple rectangular CTA. I built 11 interactive button concepts, each exploring a different combination of material, motion, feedback, depth, and interaction: • Frosted glass • Isometric 3D • Underglow • LED matrix • Swipe-to-grow • Leather & brass • Neumorphic • Slider/toggle interaction • Cyberpunk tactile • 3D tactile pill • Scaling capsule The goal wasn't to create 11 visual styles just for the sake of aesthetics. I wanted to explore different interaction architectures for something as familiar as a button. Which one stands out to you? And more importantly: Which one would you actually use in a real product? I'm curious whether people prefer the more expressive interactions or the simpler ones when usability and production constraints enter the picture. Build → Share → Improve.

  • So AI can now build you a full app in a weekend. Incredible. Genuinely impressive. Also, deeply unsupervised, like giving a toddler a Sharpie and a blank wall and calling it "creative freedom." Here's what nobody tells you about vibe-coding your product with three different AI tools at 2am: it works, technically, the same way instant noodles technically count as dinner. It ships. Investors don't notice. Users notice immediately. Suddenly your app has six different shades of blue, none of which anyone chose on purpose, all of them just showed up like uninvited relatives during the holidays. The spacing changes from screen to screen like it's got main character syndrome. One button has rounded corners, the other one didn't get the memo. Your "design system" is really just Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V wearing a blazer, pretending to be professional. And now someone in standup says "can we just clean this up a bit," like that's a Tuesday afternoon task and not a full archaeological excavation. We're now officially taking on this exact chaos at UI Pirate. AI slop cleanup. We come in, we fix the design, we fix the code, we introduce your app to the concept of consistency for the first time in its life. Real components. Real design tokens. One blue. Just the one. It'll be fine, we promise. No judgment, by the way. Building AI-first is smart, everyone's doing it, we do it too. The mess after is just the part nobody budgets time for. If your app currently looks like it was designed by a committee that has never met each other, you know where to find us. #DesignSystems #UIPirate #AICleanup #VibeCodedButMakeItPretty
