About Vlad Goldin

Global Director, Platforms @ SASHA | Direct & Channel Sales for Content Provenance and Trust & Safety | Enterprise SaaS Sales Leader | Intellectual Property | Copyright | Creator Economy

I lead GTM strategy and platform partnerships at Sasha (sasha.eu), where we solve content provenance and Trust & Safety challenges for platforms, publishers, and the creator economy. The problem I work on: contracts govern intent, but they can't govern a file once it leaves an established ecosystem. SASHA embeds resilient signatures directly into images & videos. They survive re-encoding, cropping, and reposting, with origin verification and IP enforcement travel inside the asset itself. Prior to this, I spent 5+ years at Monotype, where I built and led enterprise teams enforcing typeface licenses for designers who created them. I witnessed creators lose income, royalties, and licensing revenue because rights quickly vanished in distribution. This is a very similar problem I still work on, just at a much bigger scale. What I've built along the way: GTM motions from scratch: enterprise and mid-market playbooks, deal structures, and scalable processes. Partnership programs that turn integrations into core product features, and not compliance checkboxes. Successful sales teams (playbook matters less than people running; I always hire for ownership, creativity, curiosity, and tenacity). Right now, AI-generated content is forcing every platform to answer one question: can you prove where an asset originated? Regulation is arriving fast, from Take It Down Act, to California's AI Transparency Act to NO FAKES Act. I work with the Trust & Safety, content integrity, and IP legal teams who are tasked with answering questions surrounding governance, provenance, IP rights, etc. If you're thinking about provenance, platform accountability, or protecting creators at scale, please send me a DM.

  • One week from today, I land in Amsterdam to attend IBC - International Broadcasting Convention. The agenda is built around AI, Creator Economy, and Trust in content. There is one acute problem that sits underneath all three: an asset that can't account for its own origin. Article 50 of the EU AI Act started dictating every synthetic image, audio, video and text has to carry a machine-readable mark. Anything that already exists on the market, has until December 2nd to comply. With Metadata vanishing on re-encode, and other markets dying at upload, a rightful question rises... When an asset crosses the licensing boundary, who owns the original claim? Is it the Studio, platform or the creator? My answer is simple. Provenance has to travel inside the asset! If you license, distribute, or moderate content someone downstream will you to account where it all started. I am at #IBC2026 September 11th through 14th. Send me a note, and let's chat provenance, durability, copyright, and takedown opportunities. #Provenance #C2PA #TechForGood #ContentAuthenticity #TrustAndSafety #CreatorEconomy #DigitalRights #Copyright

  • Had to take a few days to digest every conversation and panel at Marketplace Risk; countless discussions with Platform leaders at Airbnb, Tripadvisor, DoorDash, Property Shield, Thumbtack, Expedia Group, Adobe, BrightHorizons, Complex NTWRK, Walmart, Taskrabbit, JPMorganChase, Upwork, and many more. The following panels truly stayed with me: "Fraud by Prompt: How Generative AI is Transforming the Online Threat Landscape." Meta Google and LegitScript on one panel, describing the same shift from three different angles. Synthetic content stopped being a specialist attack and turned into something that is readily available for purchase. "When a Fake Costs $10,000." Luxury resale has been authenticating goods at scale for years. Every other marketplace is about to need what that industry already built. "Beyond the Pixel," with SASHA - Safe Share CEO Thomas Eriksson and Jesper Sunesen of Aller Media Denmark, on verifying image provenance at scale. Aller is deploying SASHA's tech against image theft and AI misuse of its photographers' work. It was great to see validation as to what we are building, not to mention, all the questions that followed after the panel. "Moving the 'Middle': Using Culture to tackle Antisemitism," with Jed Horner, PhD of TikTok and Jenna Minchuk of The Dor Foundation, profiling the campaign both organizations built together. Enforcement removes content. Reaching people who have not made up their minds is a different job, and it does not sit inside a policy team. Special thank you to Max Pinnau's team for organizing yet another great event - can't wait to be back! (and I am not saying this because I won a pair of airpods). And an additional nod of appreciation to our special guest, Chrystene Nguyen, MD, MPH, DipABLM, CEO of White Coat Romance. • I am in New York through Thursday, attending the Marketplace Risk conference. Marketplace Risk built the agenda on fraud prevention, regulation & compliance, tech, and emerging risk. An image or video that someone uploaded, and no one can account for its origin, converges on all 4 of these topics. If you are attending the conference, please make sure to join the "Beyond the Pixel: Verifying Image Provenance and Protecting Copyright at Scale" session (Tuesday, 3:10 PM, LegitScript Room) hosted by Thomas Eriksson & Jesper Sunesen. Please find me after the session, or tap my shoulder at any point in time. If you are in NYC this week and want to chat through content licensing, image/video protection, or copyright, send me a DM. Coffee is always on me :) #MRNYC2026 #TechForGood #ContentAuthenticity #copyright #trustandsafety #provenance
