About Wahkie Okon

Growth & Client Acquisition Strategist | Diagnosing what’s limiting growth for B2b Founders and building founder-led systems for predictable client acquisition.

You’re not lacking effort, you’re operating without a system. You’re creating content but it’s not converting. Sending outreach but it’s getting ignored. Packaging your expertise by the hour instead of by the outcome you deliver. You’re busy, but not growing. Visible, but not attracting or converting clients. Working hard, but the revenue isn’t following. It’s a system problem, not a talent problem And it’s exactly what I fix. I’m a Growth Strategist and founder of Pignite. I build revenue systems for Founders and consultants who are done growing by accident and ready to grow on purpose. Systems designed around your offer, your audience, and how you want to go to market, so your effort finally turns into clients and revenue. My background is unconventional, and that’s the point. I started as a virtual assistant for agencies, moved into LinkedIn profile optimization, built communities, and attracted clients across all three through personal branding before ever building a formal agency. I’ve worked with consultants and service founders across 7 countries and one pattern shows up every single time. The founders who win aren’t the most experienced but they’re the clearest. Clear on their offer. Clear on their audience. Clear on how to take it to market. One client went from inconsistent leads to fully booked through 2026, not by posting more, but by fixing what was underneath. Here’s what I consistently see founders struggle with: No clear offer. Content that doesn’t convert. Weak positioning and they can’t explain why clients should choose them. Poor service packaging. No clear go-to-market strategy. Unvalidated offers and solving problems no one is paying for. They're leaking from the same five places: • Positioning and Messaging • Offer and Audience clarity • Visibility and Content Systems • Outreach and Lead generation • Sales, Retention and Expansion We find the leak and we fix it. That’s what became Pignite — a GTM system built around your offer, your audience, and how you want to go to market. So your effort finally turns into clients and revenue. If you’re a consultant who’s tired of inconsistent growth, start with the free Pignite Growth Diagnostic. • I’ve been speaking with founders about growth, and I keep hearing a version of this: “I know I need to build my personal brand, but I don’t want to become an influencer.” So I’m curious: What’s actually stopping you from building your personal brand?

  • I’m diagnosing 100 businesses, and I’m looking for founders to be part of it. This is not a webinar or a sales call. But it is a strategic growth diagnostic designed to understand why some businesses grow while others struggle. Over the last few years, I’ve worked with founders and businesses on growth, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. One thing I’ve realised is that most founders don’t actually know where growth is breaking down. So instead of guessing, I’m studying it. I’m speaking with 100 founders and business owners to identify the patterns, constraints, and strategic decisions that influence growth. I’m looking for founders who fit one of these: → You’re building a B2B business and trying to grow. → You’ve launched but customer acquisition isn’t as predictable as you’d like. → You’re preparing to launch and want an outside perspective before you go to market. This isn’t a pitch but it’s research. We’ll spend 60 minutes diagnosing your business together, and you’ll leave with: * A fresh strategic perspective. * Your biggest growth constraint identified. * Key recommendations on what to focus on next. In return, you’ll help shape one of the largest collections of growth insights I’ve ever worked on. Every conversation helps me become a better strategist. Every insight contributes to research I’ll share publicly without revealing confidential business information. If you’d like your business to be one of the 100, comment “Research” or send me a DM. Let’s diagnose growth together. #diagnosinginpublic #B2bfounders

  • I built this Growth Diagnostic landing page in less than 2 hours using Lovable, Google Forms, and Google Docs. A few years ago, building something like this would've taken me days. I would have been figuring out the design, writing the copy, creating the form, connecting everything together... But now it went from idea to execution in hours The idea lived in my notebook, I organised my thoughts in Google Docs and built the landing page with Lovable. Created the application in Google Forms. Two hours later, it was live. The technology made the building easier but the thinking still had to come from me. AI didn't decide what questions founders should answer or define the Growth Diagnostic process. AI didn't create the strategy behind The 100 Growth Diagnostics Project. It simply helped me move from idea to execution much faster. And I think that's where many people get it wrong. They're asking, "Will AI take my job?" A better question is: "How can AI help me spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time solving meaningful problems?" After I shared my landing page, my past client reached out asking if I could build one for her too. So I spent another hours building a landing page for her coaching program coming up AI didn’t replace my work, it removed the friction between an idea and execution. That's the opportunity. Less time wrestling with tools. More time creating value. More time solving real problems. What's one thing AI has helped you build faster this year?
