Backend and AI engineer building production systems across Go, Python, and TypeScript. I work on AI-native products, voice technology, developer tooling, and backend infrastructure, with a focus on turning early product ideas into reliable, usable systems. Currently working across projects like Nimble, Flam, and Fact0.io, spanning desktop app architecture, backend services, AI voice workflows, deployment pipelines, and security/compliance tooling. I like operating close to the product, moving from architecture and implementation to debugging, rollout, and iteration.

open-sourcing FynCut - here's why, and what I learned A year ago, I started building FynCut: a tool that takes long podcast recordings and automatically chops them into short, vertical clips optimized for social media: auto-reframing, transcription, speaker tracking - the whole thing. Technically, it actually worked. I'm proud of what got built: - Next.js 15 paired with Inngest for handling background job queues - Modal for serverless GPU workloads that scale to zero when idle (critical for keeping costs sane) - WhisperX for transcription and Gemini for identifying the best moments worth clipping - OpenCV to detect the active speaker and dynamically pan/reframe the video The hard part wasn't the tech. Running a video-heavy SaaS completely solo - dealing with YouTube IP blocks, razor-thin compute margins, and owning every inch of the pipeline and the marketing - eventually caught up with me. So instead of letting it collect dust, I've put the entire codebase on GitHub under the MIT license. If you're building anything with serverless GPUs, event-driven video pipelines, or automated editing workflows, there's a lot of production-grade reference material in there. Full self-hosting docs included. github: https://lnkd.in/epd5ChJ6 Happy to talk through the serverless GPU architecture, the Inngest queue design, or, honestly, just what it's like shipping something like this alone. #buildinpublic #opensource #indiemaker #saas #serverlessgpu #nextjs #python #videotechnology #computervision #inngest

Over the last few weekends, I’ve been building Fact0 (http://fact0.io) - a personal project to solve a problem I keep seeing in the AI agent space: audit trails and compliance. B2B startups building autonomous agents often hit a wall during enterprise security reviews. CISOs ask for proof of what the agent did, and standard developer debugging logs aren't enough. I built Fact0 to act as a tamper-evident audit layer. Some technical details under the hood: - Go Backend: Built a high-performance Go API with async outbox processing. - Postgres Hash-Chaining: Cryptographic SHA-256 chains enforced directly via database triggers so logs can't be retroactively edited. - SDKs & Visualization: Wrote SDKs in Python, Go, and TypeScript, and designed a Next.js dashboard using React Flow to visualize agent DAG executions. It's officially live on Product Hunt today! If you are building AI agents or working on B2B compliance, I’d love for you to check it out and share your feedback.
