I Fix Costly, Manual & Repetitive Marketing Workflows with AI for B2B SaaS, & Agency marketing teams.
Your marketing team is still doing work manually that AI can already handle. Pick the most expensive repetitive workflow. I’ll redesign and automate it in 30 days. That is the idea behind my AI Marketing System Sprint. I work with B2B SaaS and agency marketing teams that already have people, tools and activity, but know too much valuable time is disappearing into repetitive work, handoffs, admin, reporting, QA and disconnected AI experiments. The problem might be research and brief creation, content production and approval, campaign reporting, lead qualification, CRM admin, PR outreach, or another workflow your team keeps doing by hand. I start by mapping the current process and identifying where the real friction sits. Then I redesign the workflow, build the AI-enabled system around your existing stack where practical, add human approvals and governance, test it properly, train the team and hand it over. The objective is not more AI. It is less manual work, shorter production cycles and more marketing capacity without immediately adding headcount. Recent examples of what I build include: • Third Eye, a multi-agent marketing system spanning research, planning, content production, QA, approvals, publishing and analytics • JournoPitch, an AI-enabled PR workflow covering media monitoring, journalist discovery, outreach preparation and pitch creation • AICRM, an AI-assisted CRM concept designed to reduce high-friction CRM and campaign admin • Lead scoring, CRM automation and lifecycle workflows supporting thousands of MQLs I’ve spent 25+ years across marketing, technology, growth and transformation, including Nokia, Virgin Media and Accenture. That matters because I’m not approaching this as an AI commentator. I’ve run marketing operations, managed teams and budgets, worked across enterprise and scale-up environments, and now build the systems that remove the repetitive work underneath them. My best fit is a marketing leader who can point to one workflow and say: “Why are we still doing this manually?” If that sounds familiar, send me the workflow. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱. I'm a systems thinker who entered marketing sideways, learned it at global scale, predicted AI shifts early, built systems instead of theories, and am now exploring what AI-native organisations look like. Why do people on LinkedIn do this? I don't get it. The odd bit isn't being ignored after I reply. It's when they initiate, ask a real question, you answer, and that apparently ends the relationship Why'd you message me in the first place or worse connect with me to then ignore me Help me understand
The reality of a marketing tech bro with new AI superpowers is.. That I'm doing very little marketing! I'm spending a ton of time building Building marketing kit that is At times it feels frantic, running from one thing to another building 3 things at the same time [ I have 3 screens, very useful for this kinda endeavour] Under my agency banner I've inadvertently built proprietary solutions They started off as stuff I thought would help my operations , workflow etc I've built an end to end content automation system for social media and GEO and lead gen . It handles 4 brands, 4 content formats, 9 channels, trending content and self optimises I've built a YouTube engine that creates faceless musical animated videos and self publishes I've built a course creator that produces whole courses with ebook and audio output. I could easily add video but it would cost a fortune so have held back Then I've got a Public Relations app that admittely needs work Ive spent a looong time building a voice driven AICRM app thats nearing launch finally Yesterday I put together an app that will produce and publish content for affiliate programs I'm part of. Without my involvement . This will open a door that i just dont get time for Is any of this making any 💰 ? F#*k, no . Not yet anyway Budget is a huge challenge in maintaining and running so many agents and apis I've had to temper my use of them, some of them running at under 50% capability. Lately I've had to switch some off because the credit cards are at bursting point 😆 Without realising it I've rebuilt my marketing stack that I used to pay for I'm still paying for it but the difference is the stack doesn’t need me to use them and can run themselves and get full bang for buck So thats good I'm eating my own dogfood as they say. I think Eventually I'll get back to marketing all of this . hah.
