ATTIO × NAANO / CUSTOMER STORY
How Attio brought 16 creator posts live
For its France campaign, Attio used Naano to find LinkedIn creators, manage invitations and applications, negotiate collaborations and bring 16 posts live.
400K is a provisional impression estimate supplied for this case study. The source, method and measurement period have not been confirmed. Campaign records checked on 5 October 2026. Public engagement covers 15 posts and combines stored LinkedIn snapshots from 11 July to 2 October 2026; comments may include replies.
Background
For an Agentic CRM, creator content can put the product inside the workflows and conversations of people who already have a professional audience.
A creator can show how they use a tool in their own words, giving potential customers a perspective a brand page cannot deliver on its own. Attio chose France for its first focused push on LinkedIn.
The campaign was built around a practical idea: give creators room to explain the product through their own work, while giving Attio a way to coordinate several collaborations around the same market and channel.
The challenge
Creator campaigns have more moving parts than a published post suggests.
Before a post goes live, a team has to find people who fit the audience, start conversations, evaluate interest and agree on a collaboration. Attio needed a clear way to do that across multiple creators for its France campaign.
The Naano solution
Naano connected the steps of Attio's France campaign in one workspace, from the first creator search to the published posts.
Instead of treating discovery, incoming interest and active collaborations as separate lists, Attio could work from one campaign. Each stage had a place in the same workflow.
- Discover and shortlist creatorsSearch Naano's marketplace for LinkedIn creators, compare relevant profiles and build a shortlist for the French campaign.
- Manage invitations and applications togetherInvite creators from that shortlist and review inbound applications alongside them, without losing sight of who is being considered for the campaign.
- Negotiate each collaborationMove selected creators into a collaboration and agree on terms with the campaign context close at hand.
- Follow delivery through publicationSee which collaborations are active and keep the resulting LinkedIn posts connected to the campaign once they are published.
How Attio ran the campaign
Attio used Naano to run the creator pipeline for a France-focused LinkedIn campaign.
- 01Start with the market and channel
The first campaign focused on France and LinkedIn. That gave the team a specific audience and format to use when considering creators.
- 02Build the creator pipeline
Attio found profiles in Naano's marketplace, invited creators it wanted to work with and reviewed applications arriving through the campaign.
- 03Turn interest into published content
After selecting creators, the team negotiated terms within each collaboration. It could keep discovering profiles while the first posts moved toward publication.
The results
The first wave produced 16 published LinkedIn posts from 16 distinct creators managed through Naano.
The campaign records connect each completed creator collaboration to a published post. That is the clearest outcome of this first wave: Attio moved a multi-creator campaign from sourcing and negotiation to content that people can read on LinkedIn.
Across the 15 posts with captured public counters, stored snapshots recorded 1,093 reactions and 861 comments. Those counters were captured on different dates, so they describe observed engagement rather than a synchronized campaign total.
The post below shows one example of sponsored creator content for Attio, with the product explained through a creator's own workflow.
Ready for upcoming launches
Attio is ready to use Naano for upcoming product launches, with a dedicated campaign, brief and creator selection for each launch.
A separate campaign can give each launch its own context, key messages and creator guidelines. Naano can then bring applications, invitations and collaborations back into the same workflow the team used for France.
For future campaigns, Naano's matching tools can help surface creator candidates against each brief and make the next shortlist easier to build.
