DECODED MEDIA — Amit Gawali, Founder I'm building Decoded Media to make the world's most important news clear, accurate and genuinely useful — decoded in plain English across AI, money, world affairs, the mind, and the future. THE PROBLEM I'M SOLVING: Professionals are drowning in jargon, bias and noise. They deserve better than complex language, spun reporting, and information overload. WHAT I'M BUILDING — a technology-first media platform: -> Spin Check: AI that analyzes media bias & framing, so you see the story, not the spin -> Predictive briefings: plain-English "what happens next" on the stories that matter -> Automated AI pipeline (LLMs, speech, automation) - a lean team publishing rigorous, fact-checked explainers at scale -> A 5-channel network: AI, Money, World, Mind, Future -> Interactive tools built for professionals HOW WE WORK: - Accuracy first - every piece is researched and fact-checked against primary sources - AI-assisted, human-reviewed - and we disclose our use of AI openly - Plain English, no sensationalism, no manipulative framing WHO IT'S FOR: International professionals who want actionable intelligence over headlines, and plain English over academic jargon. STAGE: Early-stage, bootstrapped startup - preparing to scale our AI infrastructure and audience. • Most brand videos lose the viewer before the story starts. That costs more than views. It costs the watch time every channel is built on. Three mistakes brands make with long-form and shorts: 1. Opening with the logo. Fix: open on the moment of tension, bring the brand in later. 2. Treating every video as a one-off ad. Fix: build a recurring format viewers come back for. 3. Shooting live action when the story needs a world. Fix: use graphic-novel frames to set mood fast and iterate faster. At Goldgrain Studio we made three social media horror stories in graphic-novel style, just in time for Halloween. Each panel holds one beat. Each beat pulls you into the next. No logo up front. No filler. A story built to be watched to the end. That is the format we bring to brand channels. Channel Starter by Goldgrain Studio, $497/mo: → 4 long-form + 12 shorts → Standard styles: cinematic, kinetic type, minimal illustrated, faceless audit → Script, voice, edit, captions, music → Custom thumbnail, title, description, tags → 2 revision rounds per video Open invite: → Shopify beauty and wellness founders starting a YouTube channel: send us your brand story, get a first episode concept back. → Performance agency owners whose clients need long-form: white-label a graphic-novel story series under your name. → Growth marketers fighting creative fatigue: share your best-performing ad, we'll map it into a serialized story. See the samples and book it here 👇 https://lnkd.in/d4Af5UFr Know a founder or agency who needs this? Tag them in the comments. #BrandStorytelling #ShopifyBrands #VideoMarketing #GoldgrainStudio

  • I mapped the complete AI data privacy playbook for small teams that want to use AI daily without leaking client data. it handles the work that normally gets split between your IT person, legal, ops, a security vendor and whoever first set up the tool accounts and it treats privacy as one running system, not a settings page someone checked once and forgot about The AI data privacy system covers: 1/ data inventory: list every AI tool your team uses and exactly what it can see, including chats, files, repos, inboxes and agent transcripts 2/ training settings: check each vendor's training and retention settings account by account, and write down what is actually set instead of assuming the default 3/ data classes: sort your information into public, internal, confidential and restricted so nobody has to guess what is safe to paste 4/ tool routing: match each data class to an approved tool, whether that is a cloud chat, a business-tier account or an on-device model for sensitive work 5/ agent traffic: learn what coding and background agents send upstream, such as transcripts, file contents and tool output, before you hand them a whole repo 6/ redaction step: a quick pre-flight prompt that swaps client names, IDs and secrets for placeholders before anything goes into a chat or agent 7/ policy one-pager: a plain-language page covering what is allowed, what is banned and who to ask, short enough that people actually read it 8/ client answers: a ready, specific reply for when a client asks whether their data goes into AI tools, so sales never has to improvise 9/ monthly re-check: terms, defaults and tools keep changing, so review settings, new tools and the policy once a month and log what changed Inventory → Classify → Route → Redact → Document → Review P.S. you don't need an enterprise budget for this. most of it is one spreadsheet, the settings pages you already have and an hour a month. • A junk rating on an AI lab is not about solvency. It is about who signs the lease. Frontier labs do not borrow much today because they do not need to. Equity is cheap and compute is bought with other people's balance sheets. The moment a rating agency puts a speculative grade on a public Anthropic, every multi-year compute commitment stops being a procurement decision and becomes a counterparty risk decision for the landlord. The moving part is the credit support chain. Data center developers finance buildings against the tenant's covenant. A junk tenant means the developer either prices in default or finds someone investment-grade to stand behind the contract. Which is exactly why Nvidia is weighing cosigning for Nscale's West Virginia site. The chip vendor becomes the credit enhancement for its own demand. So read the next AI infrastructure announcement by asking who guarantees the lease, not how many gigawatts it promises. If the suppliers end up underwriting their customers' obligations, whose balance sheet is the AI buildout actually sitting on? #anthropic #creditmarkets #datacenters
