  • We started building a community before community building became a trend. Today, the ThinkLinkers data community has more than 10,000 data professionals. And it keeps growing. I work in marketing in B2B data field. An industry that constantly reinvents itself. One day, everyone is talking about one thing. A few months later, the conversation changes completely. Sometimes, you genuinely stop and ask yourself: Where are we heading? What are we doing? And why are we doing it? That’s why communities matter so much. Because sooner or later, you meet people who speak the same language, share the same values, and have that same spark in their eyes when they talk about what they do. And suddenly, everything makes sense again. This is one of the reasons I love ThinkLinkers and the community we’re building around it. It creates something that’s becoming increasingly rare: a sense of meaning and a sense of belonging. Only two months are left until our 14th Data Management ThinkLab in Prague, and I honestly can’t wait to meet everyone. And if you haven’t joined us yet, there’s still time. P.S. If you ever attended Thinklab, share your experience below ☺️👇

  • How do our webinars consistently attract 300, 500 or 1,000 registrants while many companies struggle to get 50? People usually ask which campaign we ran. The better question is: why did hundreds of senior professionals trust the invitation enough to give us an hour of their calendar? Because that answer starts long before the webinar is announced. I learned this very early through ThinkLinkers, and it has shaped how ThinkLinkers and AVE Digital - Demand Marketing now build webinar campaigns together. ThinkLinkers has spent 10 years building one of the largest data communities across Europe and North America. And when I say community, I don't mean a large email database. I mean senior professionals who have attended our conferences, returned for another edition, recommended them to colleagues and repeatedly associated ThinkLinkers with valuable industry conversations. So when we announce a webinar, we aren't an unfamiliar company suddenly asking for an hour of their time. They already recognize the name. They know the quality of the conferences ThinkLinkers builds and the level of professionals it brings into the room. They aren't registering for an isolated webinar. They're responding to 10 years of evidence that the conversation will be worth joining. Then AVE Digital builds the demand-generation system around that credibility. We identify a topic the audience genuinely cares about, build the campaign narrative, activate executives, speakers, partners and the community, and continue the conversation through content and sales follow-up. That combination is the key!!! Community without proper activation can underperform. Promotion without an existing community is much harder and usually much more expensive. This is Recognition → Reputation → Revenue in practice. - Recognition means the invitation gets noticed. - Reputation means people believe the webinar deserves a place in their calendar. - Revenue comes from what happens around and after it: attracting the right audience, understanding their interests, following up properly and connecting that interest to a relevant commercial conversation. And that last part is important. 1,000 registrations are not automatically revenue. This is where many companies go wrong, trying to solve a recognition problem with more promotion. They create a landing page, invite a speaker, run ads for three weeks and expect hundreds of senior professionals to appear. Then 42 people register, and they conclude that webinars no longer work. But before asking which ads will bring 1,000 people to your next webinar, I would ask three harder questions: 1) Does the market recognize your name? 2) Does your audience trust you enough to give you an hour? 3) And are you ready to do something commercially useful with that trust afterwards? That is why the order matters: Recognition → Reputation → Revenue. You cannot skip the first two and expect a three-week webinar campaign to manufacture the third.

  • I said I’d wait until it was ready before sharing anything. But one screenshot won’t hurt 😅 Something new from AVE Digital is almost ready, and I’ve been looking forward to this announcement for a long time. After more revisions, debates and “no, this still doesn’t feel like AVE” moments than I’d like to admit, it’s finally coming together! It’s classy, bold, and much more representative of the company we’ve become. It should be ready to announce very soon. For now, I’m sharing only one visual from it. Can you guess what we’re working on?👇
