Head of B2B Growth, Retention & Operations | Turning Marketing, Sales, Product & Client Success into a single eco-system | Content Creator Open to Brand Partnerships
I build revenue. I build systems. I build teams. I build relationships that last. 15+ years across B2B and B2C - Travel, Finance, Marketing, Education, Entertainment - I build and manage teams and processes from scratch to profitable units. Acquisition-to-retention pipelines that actually close the loop. I work at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and retention - because that's where real growth lives. I'm a natural generalist with specialist instincts. I speak 3 languages, have worked across 5 industries, and am unusually good at reading rooms, building trust fast, and cutting through complexity. Now I am also creating content to enhance Brands advocacy. So if you are looking for an influencer to draw content around B2B Aquisition | Retention | Clients Support | AI | Workflow optimisation, share a case study, an article or video reels about your product, let's talk, I am open to Brand Partnerships. “After a year on maternity leave, our team will be far ahead. It will be hard for you to catch up.” Yap, I once heard this from a C-level executive. There’s this strange myth about women coming back from maternity leave - that we’re somehow behind, that we’ve lost momentum, that we need time to get back into the game. But honestly, from what I’ve seen, women often come back much much stronger! Because motherhood forces you to learn things very quickly: • how to prioritize under constant pressure • how to get things done fast and efficiently • how to operate despite uncertainty • how to recover quickly after hard days People like to say launching a startup is hard. Haha Try launching a human. No sleep. No pause button. And somehow it still works. 😎 You don’t come back weaker. You come back with a different level of perspective, focus, and energy. And one more thing I really believe: Don’t postpone your personal life for your career. You won’t miss the race. You’ll catch up - and if it's your true passion, you'll come back even stronger, sharper, and hungrier for the next big win!
Are you still scared to make the first step? Last week I went to Tarzan Adventure Park, 20 meters above the ground, among pine trees, with my 12 year old son, and we took level 8 out of 11 right away. Saying that I didn't realize what I had signed up for is nothing compared to the feeling I got once I started my way through over 140 different obstacles, where you need the strength of your body, hardcore balance, and flexibility to adapt fast to each obstacle by changing your strategy for how to get through it. And then the fun part, once you start, you can't go back. Waaait, what? And here I am, stuck on one of those obstacles, super shaky, legs trembling, hands pretty tired, saying out loud, "I can't do it," on one of the scariest obstacles. And suddenly I hear my son say, "Mom, just make the first step and you will figure it out." And you know, something clicked, it resonated so much with me while being 20 meters above the ground. The first step is the scariest one when you start doing something completely new in your life, it doesn't matter if it's climbing trees, a new role, launching a business, or even changing your life 180 degrees, it's that one small step that makes the difference. And then the second step is not that scary anymore. And by the time you've gone through a couple of those obstacles, you are so proud of yourself, that you didn't give up but made it to the finish line. To everyone reading this: whatever your obstacle is right now, take that first step. The rest will figure itself out along the way.
