Product Owner @ The LCF Group | Breaking Down Product Management, One Concept at a Time | AI × Product | IEEE Atlanta Young Professionals Secretary
I didn't start in product or analytics. I started in mechanical engineering — where I learned to break down complex systems and find where they fail. That mindset led me to Business Analytics at Penn State. And eventually into product thinking. Now I work as a Jr. Product Owner at the intersection of data, product and user needs — turning insights into decisions that actually move products forward. I'm especially drawn to AI-driven products where intelligence isn't just bolted on — but built into the core experience from day one. Because here's what I've come to believe: Technology doesn't create value. Decisions do. Right now I'm growing into AI Product Management — learning in public, building in real time and questioning how products create genuine impact. I also share weekly insights on product thinking, AI and analytics on this page. If you're building meaningful products — or just figuring it out like I am — let's connect 🚀

3 months until a new year. And one of the biggest changes I’ve noticed in myself this year? I became bolder. Bolder about speaking up. Bolder about asking for opportunities. Bolder about putting myself in rooms I once would have felt nervous entering. Bolder about sharing what I know. And bolder about choosing what I actually want. I still overthink sometimes. I still get nervous before doing something new. But I’ve stopped waiting to feel completely ready. That might be one of the biggest things this year has taught me: Confidence doesn’t always come first. Sometimes you do the scary thing first and confidence catches up later. Still 3 months left. Let’s see how much more can change. 🤍
𝗜𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁. 😂 Everyone has a request. Everything is urgent. And somehow, it all needs to ship this sprint. These 5 frameworks bring structure to that chaos: → 𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗘: Compare value against effort. → 𝗜𝗖𝗘: Choose experiments to test first. → 𝗠𝗼𝗦𝗖𝗼𝗪: Decide what makes the release. → 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗼:Understand expectations and delight. → 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁–𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁:Spot quick wins and bigger investments. The framework helps you explain the trade-off. Customer evidence helps you make it.
𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱. The 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 helps PMs understand that difference. It groups customer needs into three key categories: ✅ 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 Users expect them. Getting them right may earn little praise, but getting them wrong creates frustration. Example: A scheduling product that prevents double bookings. 📈 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 The better these work, the more satisfied users become. Example: Faster, easier meeting scheduling. ✨ 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 Unexpected touches that can create a positive surprise. Their absence may not disappoint users. Example: A helpful meeting-prep summary included automatically. Here’s the product lesson: 𝗔 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰. Before prioritizing a feature, ask: → Would users be frustrated without it? → Would improving it increase satisfaction? → Would it offer an unexpected benefit? And validate those assumptions with customers. The same feature can be essential for one audience and a bonus for another. Expectations also change. Today’s delighter can become tomorrow’s must-have. 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁?
