Someone with your (exact) resume is earning more than you. They just know how to find high-paying jobs. Copy this: I tested this on my own resume & found the 5 high-paying jobs in London. Claude even gave me 5 different versions of my resume. This is my setup: 1. Open Claude in the browser here: http://clau.de/AnishaJain. 2. Pick "Fable-5.1" on High (paid plan & worth it). 3. Go to "+" in the prompt bar > "Connectors." 4. Connect "Indeed" as a Claude connector. 5. Upload your resume as a PDF. 6. Send the first prompt → "Find the 5 highest-paying jobs currently hiring that fit my background. I'm in [city], open to [remote/hybrid/on-site]. For each job: apply link, company, salary. Label estimated salaries as estimates. Only include jobs my experience matches, flag roles that want more years than I have, and read the full descriptions. Ask me before you guess anything." 7. It gave 5 jobs with apply links. It told me which salaries were listed & stating the top job wanted 10+ years I don't have. I'd rather hear that now than after 4 interviews. 8. Then send Prompt 2: "Now tailor my resume for each of those 5 jobs. Real files, not suggestions. For each one: re-read the job description, work out what their perfect candidate looks like, then rebuild my resume around it. New headline, short profile in their language, my experience reordered so their priorities come first. Hard rules: use only facts from my original resume. Never invent titles, numbers, tools, or years. One page each. Separate PDFs named per company. Ask me before you guess anything. When you finish, explain each version in 2 lines and flag anything I should fix before I apply." Before building anything, Claude caught a [Start Date] placeholder I forgot to fill in. And warned me one company bins applications without a cover letter. 17 minutes later, Claude gave me 5 real pdfs to download. and yes, I know what you're thinking, "AI-tailored resume" is how people get caught lying in interviews. That's what the "invent-nothing line" is for. It just rearranges your truth and you still read every file before you send it, because you're the one sitting in that interview. Not Claude. With full disclosure: this post is sponsored by Anthropic. I partner with them because I already use Claude daily. I don't promote what I don't use. Now go apply. #ClaudePartner #ad
Apple's design team meeting transcript before launching the ridiculously big iPhone Duo: (this is how I imagine it went) "The phone is too big." "Too big for what?" "A hand." "Can we make it bigger?" "The phone?" "The hand." Of course. They transferred the design team problem to the Photoshop team. They made the iPad smaller & called it a flip phone. Would love to see their actual Granola transcript & notes from that meeting. Imagine opening the action items and finding "extend human fingers" assigned to the team aha
The advice I wish someone had told me sooner: Start brain-dumping ideas before starting anything. This has been one of my best efficiency hacks lately. I basically start my day with a brainstorming session before arriving at work. I just brain dump using Wispr flow, and it writes everything down while I’m walking, so by the time I get to work, I already know what I need to focus on: > What I need to do. > What I forgot yesterday. > People I need to reply to. > Things I need to follow up on. > Content ideas I need to work on. And the best part is I don’t have to speak perfectly. I change my mind halfway through sentences all the time or jump from one thought to another, Wispr flow cleans it up and keeps what I actually meant. I’ve been using it for months, but this might be my favorite way to use it: 1. i open Notes on my phone. 2. start a new note for the day. 3. click on the globe icon on the keyboard. 4. then click on 'start' to use WisprFlow. I don’t try to organize anything while I’m talking. Wispr cleans up what I say and writes it directly into the note. When I get to work, I quickly turn the brain dump into my actual to-do list. And yes, this is me on my way to work. Because guess what, I can actually work from anywhere. I just need my laptop, wifi and wispr.
